Thousands of years ago well I'll just say 2020 many things happenned during this year coronavirus, apearant world War 3, and more more but after these all were solved there was a person who was born. His name was luke (me) he was a normal boy he loved reading, he was smart, played soccer, played piano and percussion perfectly normal right? (Disclaimer after this part this will be all made up) except one day while working out he discovered something and that something was the power to manipulate every single element and also the power to make any fictional characters power his sadly at the year at the year 2099 he died or that's what everybody thought... though his body died his soul was waiting for the right person to inherit his powers

200 years ago the first Apearance of quirks started to apear from being able to control ice to be able to make pencils out of thin air but luke didn't think it was time yet so he waited and waited and waited until he found the right person

Present day
Today was the birth of the one and only izuku deku midoriya it was a day to celebrate for everyone yes even for luke he had found the right person to inherit his powers but he needed to train for his powers to be awakened (izuku will still get a quirk it'll be a surprise though)

Time skip 4 years to doctors appointment

Izuku's P.O.V

Today was the day! The day I find out what my quirk was gonna be I am do exited!!!!

"MOM MOM COMPUTER TIME" I kept asking for computer time it was my favorite tone of the day "alright alright let me finish washing the dishes then it's computer time" my mom said I hurried to the family computer and sat down and waited

After 15 minutes mommy arrived and said "jeez izu you probably added 10,000 videos just by your self" my mom played the video, this video was my favorite it was the first time all might first appeared

"THIS IS INSANE HE ALREADY SAVED 100 PEOPLE IN UNDER 8 MINUTES" said the reporter and I started to smile because my favorite part was near "DON'T WORRY CITIZENS WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE" all might said to everyone there, I started to smile alot "all might is so cool!!! When I get my quirk I'll be just like him"

3rd person pov
After luke finished watching izuku watching the video as he was starting to smile "he has the heart of a hero we shall meet when you get your quirk" luke said softly (keep in mind I well luke will be training him like hell but I got something to give izuku)

As soon as izuku arrived at the hospital he waited a bit to figure out what his quirk was gonna be so during this time luke was planning a training regimen since he knew what quirk Izuku was gonna get "so at least 1 thousand push ups,sit ups, and squats while carrying 10 tons worth of weights yeah that should be enough for what's gonna happen it the future I just hope this will do it" luke said to himself

The doctor arrived with the result and said "good news izuku will have a quirk but instead if 1 he will have 2"
Said the doctor "REALLY?!?!?!?" Replied izuku "yes really you will become a great hero if you want to be one" said the doctor "his quirks are named warframe and seraphims wrath or doomslayer (that's right warframe and doom in one book there will be a lot and I mean A LOT of crossovers in this book) what they isentially do is well warframe let's him be one or all of the warframes and seraphims wrath gives him the strength to torture hell itself not only that he is basicly invincible even the strongest disease won't be able to kill him"
