You and Daehyun arrived at the party hall within thirty minutes. A lot of people were already there but you hardly knew anyone there barring your colleagues. You mentally thanked Daehyun for accompanying you to the party.
You had even bought a pretty bouquet of flowers for your boss. You told Daehyun to go ahead with others while you looked around for Jongup. You saw him with a group of men who didn't seem familiar. "They're probably his friends." You thought. You weren't sure whether to go to him or wait for him to notice you.
He seemed to be distracted by something and kept around, and that's when he noticed you. He looked pretty serious as if he saw you for the first time. His ever intense gaze was making you feel conscious. You felt like he'd eat you up if you stayed there longer.
