Grace's Pov
My names Grace James Well, I don't know a lot about my past except I know that I was adopted when I was 3 and I remember having a twin, but the rest is a blur.
I'm going to be starting at a new school called Speak High, my step parents say its a place for gifted people like me.
Oh! I forgot to mention I'm a vampire, great isn't it? (Note the sarcasm!) My step brother is also like me and so are my step parents.
I can do about anything with my mind, while Zane (My step brother) Has the ability to get other peoples life story.
Speak High is basically for all those gifted teenagers and for gifted kids they go to Speak Elementary, to learn their powers and how to control them, my little step sister Natalie is going there tomorrow shes 7 and shes half vampire half human.
When I say gifted i really mean
-Vampires
-Werewolfs
-Demons
-Angels
-Elementals
-Witches
& Specials
Elementals are people who can control the four elements,
-Water
-Earth
-Fire
& Water.
and Specials are those people who can
-Make up a lie and push it into your mind making it true, they are called pushers
- those who can control things with their mind, Movers
-Those who can protect you, Shadows
& People who can take your image and copy it, Copyiers
Its not everyday you become one of these, its 10 out of 1,000 babies born kids turn up like this.
School Day
I walked to school with Seth and Natalie and Natalie went off to her school while Seth walked over to his guy friends and I sighed and walked off.
" Hi!" a girl said she had brown hair paired with some ember eyes.
"Hello." I said.
"I'm Austen, and you are?"
" I'm Grace."
"Grace, I like that name."
I smiled at Grace and I knew right away we were going to be great friends.
