I am bipolar person (joke), but I have intense up and intense down in a week, and in college, it was a pain in the ass for my colleagues and teachers (those who would see it). When there is stress or tiredness added to that, I must help my brain to calm and to focus on bright and good things. So, in my everyday life, I always listen to music, it keeps me in my own world and the voices and melodies of my favorite songs are helpful to get through hard times. I sing, I rap, and I dance (I always do the choregraphy of Thriller by Michael Jackson to warm up faster). It calms my nerves and it warms my voice, my mouth and my body. My favorite singer to help me would be Tyler Joseph from the band Twenty one pilots, because he is one of the only voice I can calm to, and I can sing, rap and dance to his band's songs. Furthermore, I would use breathing technics Emmanuelle Laroche taught us in our Voix et diction's class in my first college's year. After using all these technics, I have the complete control of myself, I gain superpowers and I can dominate the entire world.
