Flashback to the intimation ~

Your pov~

As you stand over 7 flight if stairs, you finally get to the top. You see joker standing and then bow with his arm out signaling you to look over the edge. Looking over the edge you see 9 giant containers of boiling hot chemicals. Not sure what to do, you do what you know best, you say a snarcy remark.

"So what am I supposed to do here, is this some kinda mental spa day or something?" you say as you look back and see joker and Harley standing a good distance away from you. Harley knew exactly what joker was going to do, cause he had done the same to her a long time ago. But she knew this was the only way for her to survive joker. The only he would truly think your his kid was if you could survive this the way he wanted.

" Question as my child would you swear to die for me ? " joker said as he moved closer to you "what kinda question is that? Why do you gotta-" joker shushed you with a finger to your lips "Ah ah A-ha only yes or no answers, otherwise I can shot those teeth right out your skull" joker moved his finger way to hear your new answer.

"*sigh* fine yes" you say looking at joker "No no no would you live for me? " joker said looking at you can confused. "what do you mean so I can answer" you say "like obey everything I say, never disobey me or Harley, and even after we do your deadly little deed you still have to stay, Understand?" joker said circling around much like a Cheshire cat from a certain story.

You look to the ground and think of what that means. Your long plan after that night may soon come to an end and finally get revenge and hopefully be with Nicole again. But you never really thought about after you kill Batman besides ways you can go to Nicole. But as you look down you look back at your necklace

(flash back [in a flashback lol])~

It was your 10 birthday and the orphanage celebrated as usual with everyone getting a piece of cake and one scoop of their choice of ice cream.

You went to go sit in your usual spot in the back as everyone else talks and messes around. Nicole came and sat by you as usual. "hey whats up Nikki? " You say as you turn to look at her, but you can tell you still irritate her with that nickname. "because it's your birthday I'll let it pass. " she says as you giggle. No matter how much it irritated her you still called her that ever since you guys met. And messing with people is one of your favorite things. But easier on her.

You notice that she's having a hard time staying still and not figiting every few minutes and figure she's up to some thing and decide to shot in the dark "so what kinda present did you get me, a gift card to Wal-Mart or some thing" you say as you bit into a piece of cake. She looks at you with huge eyes of shock "how did you know about the necklace!?" "I didn't until now haha haha, man you were never good at keeping a secret haha!"

She looks at you with her big eyes by the way she looks at you, you can tell she was upset that she didn't surprise you. So you tried to put a positive spin on it "hey that's something new usually we aren't supposed to get gifts, and that means you broke the rules, so that's two surprise congratulations" Nicole looks down and starts to think about and smiles one of the biggest you ever seen and you were happy that you get to see it.

"So you gonna share it or you gonna hold it hostage against me?" you say that as she still hasn't given it to you and was just holding onto it. But as you say that it scares her and she fumbles to give it to you. She accidentally tossed it up in the air and in a struggle to grab it. It was about hit her till you grab it before it lands and look at the box.
