-----------------------------------------------------------Dean sat quietly in his Impala, staring at the messy handwriting on the back of his reciet. It had been a long time since he had interacted with anyone. Maybe the occasional person on the street, maybe store clerks when he would go for a thing of Ramen or pie at the gas station- but no one would ever give him more than a look, or a "have a nice day!" But he was different. The name "Misha" was printed on his name tag, and his baby blue eyes were printed in Dean's brain. The way Misha had looked at him made him feel... nice. A way that he hadn't felt in years. He clutched the paper in his hand and placed it in the cup holder by the drivers seat. Did Dean like this guy? He couldn't, they hadn't said more than a word to each other, yet Dean still felt something pulling him to the numbers on that paper. Even if he did like him, he couldn't complicate Misha's life by absorbing him into his own. His life. His completely normal life.
Dean scoffed at that thought. Normal was something he could only hope to expirence one day. But maybe... Maybe this Misha guy was his chance. Maybe the world was finally giving him a break and handing him someone that could love him.
He could also be going crazy.
Dean decided on a combination of the two and put the keys in the ignition. His hand was sweaty as he ran it through his hair. Breathing out, he pulled out of the gas station parking lot, taking a quick look in his side view mirror to give the store one last look.
Well, one last look for today. The motel he had been staying in thankfully wasn't as far away from the store as one would assume, so he was pulling into his spot about seven minutes after leaving the parking lot. Turning off the car, Dean opened his door carefully and stepped out, nearly closing it behind him. Something seemed to stop him though, and that something was a shiny, crumpled peice of white paper. He stared at it for a minute. He could leave it there. He seemed to be good at leaving things behind. But despite everything in him telling him that this guy wasn't a good idea, that he was going to get hurt, or hurt him, that he would find out and Dean would get caught and then he'd really be dead- despite every part of him screaming to leave it;
Dean Winchester reached in, grabbed the piece of paper and locked his car.-----------------------------------------------------------
