I know it's not clear, but I made the stick a small wand septar with the small ruby you'd asked for. (Also think Delphox is quite cocky if you can't tell from the stance, hah!)

(Thanks reminded me of my old Delpox which was lvl. 100 when I still had X and Y, so it's obvious why they'd be cocky!)
