Author's POV
Virgil had been in his room most of the time. The only times he wasn't in his room was when he grabbed food or grabbed anything else, then goes right back into his room. No one seemed to notice or really care, they were too busy.
However, Logan noticed that he hasn't seen Virgil much. He knows that Virgil was always an introvert but it has been going on for almost a few weeks. Curious, Logan closes the book that he was reading, stands up, and starts walking to Virgil's room.
Logan walks into the hallway passing everyone's room doors until he walks up to Virgil's room. Knock knock. He knocks on the anxious side's door and waited. "Who is it?" Virgil asks. "It's Logan." Logan replies. Not long after the door slightly opens.
"Oh, what do you want?" Virgil responds in a soft voice. Logan can hear the other one sniffing. "Well, I just wanted to check on you." Logan really wants to know what is going now, well if there is anything going on. 'I'm fine." Virgil keeps the door open a little like a crack. "Can I come in?" Logan is really curious. "I just want to talk." Logan talks again. "Sure, I guess." Virgil opens the door and lets Logan in.
Virgil sits down on his bed and pats the bed suggesting that Logan can sit down. Logan sits beside him and Virgil looks at him. "What do you want to talk about?" Virgil asks, wiping his face with his hoodie sleeve. "Have you been crying?" Logan asks. "Straight to it huh?" Virgil chuckles a bit. Logan nods. Virgil sighs. "Okay, maybe I have." Virgil shrugs.
"What happened to cause you to cry?" Logan seems worried. "You don't have to do this." Virgil says, looking down at the floor. "Do what?" Logan asks. "I don't know. Acting like you care.? " Virgil shrugs. "I do care." Logan was confused and taken back by what Virgil said. Virgil just shrugs again.
"Virgil look at me." Logan grabs Virgil's chin and turns Virgil's face to look at him. "I really care about you, and I want to know what happened that made you cry. But if you don't want to talk about it, then that's okay, but I want you to know that you can talk to me, and that I care about you." Logan says sincerely.
Virgil hugs Logan. "You mean that Logan?" Virgil hugs tighter. "Yes." Logan manages to say, he is still a bit shocked at Virgil hugging him. After a little while Virgil let's go of Logan. "So, do you want to tell me what happened?" Logan asks. Virgil nods and starts to speak.
"It's my friend. She died of cancer almost a week ago." Virgil sniffs. Logan put his arm around Virgil to show support. "I am so sorry Virgil." Logan frowns. "Well, she is in a better place, she isn't suffering from it anymore." Virgil says wiping his face again. Logan nods. "That is true. Do you want to do anything?" Logan asks trying to let Virgil know that he wants to be there for him.
"Like what?" Virgil asks. "Anything you want." Logan shrugs. "Well, I was going to watch something, but I remembered my friend and I started crying instead." Virgil says. "Well, we can watch anything you want now, if you want." Logan assured that he was not going to leave Virgil alone. "How about Vampire Diaries?" Virgil asks. "Fine with me." Logan nods. Virgil smiles and stands up to put the show on.
He put it on and went back to the bed to Logan. They cuddled together, enjoying each other's company and the show. Virgil felt a lot better. "Thanks Logan." Virgil says without taking his eyes off the screen. Logan looks down at Virgil and smiles. "You're welcome."
Well there is another. This one was not as sad as the other one, I guess. Idk. Well anyway I hope you liked it. Peace out ✌
