I woke up at 11. Shit! I thought. I have to babysit! I grabbed some clothes and ran to the bathroom. I stripped down and took a 20 minute shower. After I got dressed I threw on some light makeup. Then I got on Skype and I saw that Dan was online. I smiled to myself and clicked on his icon. I called him. He answered in a less than a heartbeat. "Hi Li!" He said. "Hi Dan!" I said, very cheerfully. "When does your babysitting day start?" Just then the doorbell rang. "Right now. 1 min." I said standing up. The doorbell rang again and I could hear shout "DON'T LET THEM LEAVE!". I opened the door.
"Hello Mrs. Smith." I said to the mother of this kid. I said it in German because she doesn't speak English. "What?" I heard Dan say faintly. "Hello Billy." I said in German. "Hi." Billy said shyly. "He got a girlfriend and she cheated on him." Mrs. Smith said. "Oh." I said. "Well, come in." I said to Billy. He came in and went to the living room. "I'll pick him up at 5. I might be a bit late." Mrs. Smith said. "Okay. See you at 5." I said then she left. Billy just came here to get away from his house. "BILLY! ARE YOU ALRIGHT WITH FENDING FOR YOURSELF?" I shouted. "YES!" Billy shouted back. I went into my room. "Sorry Dan." I said as soon as I sat down. "It's okay." He said, looking at me.
*Le time skip to 5*
"Mrs. Smith's here. Gotta go for a minute." I said jumping off my bed. Mrs. Smith got Billy and I went back to talking to Dan.
