Meeting Twice

Chaeyoung's POV
Sana said that she will introduce me to her other friends although I'm wondering why y/n  didn't join us for lunch.

"Hey Sana unnie,how come y/n didn't join us?" I asked sana since we are now heading to the cafeteria. "I think he just wants some time alone." She replied and I just nodded.

"Hey girls!" Sana shouted at 7 other girls who are gathered around a table. "Hello sana unnie" the yoda looking girl and the one with the really pale skin said at the same time.

"Hey,guys meet Chaeyoung. She is the one that transferred here yesterday. Chaeyoung meet Nayeon,Jeongyeon,Momo,Jihyo,Mina,Dahyun and Tzuyu. And our little group is called twice!" Sana said to us as I shyly smiled and introduced myself. "Hello Hope we can be friends" I said while smiling which they returned back to me.

We sat around the table and got our lunches. "Sana unnie, how come y/n oppa is not with you??" Dahyun asked. "I think he just wanted some time alone for now." She replied and the other girls just continued to ask me questions.

"Hey chae, do you have any interest in music?" Jihyo said. "Well...I actually Can sing and rap. I sometimes also write lyrics for songs." I replied back. "Really?? Wow you're really talented then. We all are actually singers and dahyun can rap. So if you want you can join us. I think the others wouldn't mind right? Plus It would be nice if we had another rapper." Jihyo said and the others nodded in agreement. "Well okay then I'll join you guys." I replied back happy at the same time nervous.

After that we continued having lunch while talking about random stuff until Tzuyu asked sana a question.

"Sana unnie, I heard y/n oppa scared some bullies yesterday. Why? Is he going back to his old image?"

"What do thay mean by y/n's old image" I thought

"He's not going back to his old image. He was just protecting Chaeyoung from probably getting played by those guys." Sana said.

"Oh? So you met y/n oppa already??" Momo unnie asked me.

"Yeah, we met in class." I replied back.

"How was he? Was he cold to you?" She asked me.

"No, actually he was very kind to me." I answered smiling.

"Wow and here we are who took 2 months for y/n to treat us as friends." She said while looking down.

"Why did it take that long for them to be friends with y/n?" I thought.

"Well we will be going then. See you guys tomorrow" Jeongyeon said and the others nodded and followed leaving me and sana unnie.

"You're probably confused huh?" Sana asked me

"Uhmm yeah actually. Would you mind telling me why It took y/n oppa 2 months to be friends with them?" I asked curious about why.

"Well it started when...."
