I woke from my dream state. I looked around. Aspen was floating near me. His colours changed. Instead of black and purple. He's now baby blue and light purple. It suits him. "Hey Aspen" I said. <hello carrier. Did you sleep well?> he asked. I nodded. <where is everyone?> I asked. <Ratchet is behind the computers decode the data stick you gave him. And Optimus is in the corner watching us> he replied. I nodded. "Hey Ratchet. Hey Optimus" I said shyly. They stopped working and came over to us. "When were you gonna tell us that primus is your father? And when were you—" he was interrupted. "Ratchet. Let her talk" Optimus ordered. "I'm sorry for not saying anything. I didn't know if I could trust you at first. Just because you have a different symbol doesn't mean I'll let my guard down" I stated. "I will admit I was sceptical about you guys when I came through that portal. But I know you are not decepticons. It's just gonna take a while for me to trust you all" I added. Optimus seemed to understand. "Alright Taylor. You just tell us when you feel comfortable with us. If you ever want to leave the base I will escort you" he stated. I nodded.

I still hadn't told them about my deal with Primus. I'm immortal now. So is Aspen. I'm no longer human anymore. It's a bit disheartening. But I'll live at least. I grabbed my iPod and selected a song. It was kelly clarkson dark side.

As I finished the last note, I felt tears run down my face. I remembered my father and all the pain and torture he put me through. He bullied me. Punched me. kicked me. Even went as far as raping me. He was a vile old man and I hated him. Aspen must have felt my sadness because he flew down onto my lap and nuzzled my stomach. "Thanks Aspen. You're the only one I have now" I whispered. "Miss Taylor?" A young voice said. I looked around and saw a small boy. "Raf right?" I asked. "Yes miss. I just wanna compliment you on your voice. It's very beautiful" he said shyly. So cute. "Do you wanna play with Aspen for a bit?" I asked. He beamed at me. "Alright" <don't do anything that will get you in trouble or the boy hurt> I warned. He went over to Raf and flew down the stairs. "Catch him" I said. He smiled at me and then began running after Aspen.
