[Akutagawa Ryūnosuke X reader HIGHSCHOOL AU] Ordinary [P1] ✨Fluff✨

It's been at most of a week, you were an underclassmen since you've transferred. So far, everyone was really nice to you! However...you felt kinda...alone.
You didn't mind actually being in the classes as they were fun and interesting, but being at lunch alone, walking home alone? That was agonizing.

The upperclassmen however were very popular with the ladies, which was mostly there looks and smarts. You didn't mind the fan girls however since you never really cared.
You sighed as class went on, it was actually beginning to become boring due to midterms and such. Your eyes wandered throughout the classroom, everyone was doing work and taking notes.
However...there was a male who sat in front of you started to cough violently. Everyone stared at him as he quietly raised his hand up. This happened often, he did have the appearance of a sickly man after all. He had a pale constitution, with black hair and whited tips at the end. He wore a uniform like everyone else.

You've never talked to him before, he seemed like a quite person, soft spoken even.
"May I go to the nurse ma'am..?" He asked quietly. "Yes you may Ryūnosuke." The teacher allowed him to be dismissed from class, as he walked out, everyone started to mumble and praise how 'lucky' he was to skip class.
You groaned silently to yourself, as the teacher called on you. You perked up to your name. "Yes?" You responded. She had asked if you to walk Ryūnosuke to the nurses office to make sure he wasn't ditching or anything. Protocol technically.

You got up from your seat and saw the male already making his way to the nurse. "UM HEY!" You shouted, attempting to make him stop and allow you to catch up. He did so. "What." He had a stern voice that made you jump. His voice was slightly raspy as he was still coughing into his palm. "I- uh..." You stuttered a little. "Unless you want to attract attention to the both of us and get caught. You might as well keep your mouth shut." He ordered. You nodded as you two walked together to the nurses.

You couldn't help but look up at him. His gray silver eyes seemed to stare blankly ahead to the hallway. Suddenly he stopped. "Dazai-san!" You looked ahead, you saw a burnet male, leaning against the archway of the office. "Oh..Akutagawa. Your here...again." The male mocked at Akutagawa. He coughed several times into his palm before continuing. "Your fully aware of my condition! Now move." He ordered at the male. Somehow you recognized the male, Dazai. Was he- one of the upperclassmen everyone seemed to fond over!? What was he doing here?
