Taking a couple of seconds to flicker, the camera breaks free from a cloud of digital garble. Displayed now is a forest's interior, bright rays of sunlight bursting through the trees and shining upon a clearing. In an instant, a tree on the left of the screen is impaled by a large kitchen knife. It becomes wedged in the bark.
A stringy Caucasian male teen with a torn, red long-sleeved shirt and tattered black sweatpants staggers onto the scene. A shark tooth necklace sways from around his neck, his hair is a wild, messy brown, and his olive eyes pierce through the screen. His feet are bare, wrapped in dirty, bloody rags.
Smirking, the teen walks up to the tree, firmly grasps the handle of the knife, and yanks it out of the bark. He cackles.
"Total Drama, Spencer hears you're looking for exciting and entertaining people," he malevolently grins. His accent is rather peculiar and very hard to place.
"Spencer's your answer. Put Spencer on your show and he's guaranteed to make your ratings SKYROCKET!" he jumps with excitement, throwing the knife. It flies to the right, going offscreen.
The kitchen knife once more stabs deeply into the trunk of another tree. Based on his expression, it can be assumed Spencer is radiating pride over it. He focuses his attention on the camera again.
"Spencer and Celia could use that prize money. Oh, and acceptance into Hope's Peak! Many things we could use them for, yes," his creepy, sinister smile regresses into a more normal one. He waves enthusiastically, "Don't keep us waiting!" he cackles in a high-pitched tone.
"...NO, seriously, don't keep us waiting. If you don't accept Spencer onto your show, HE'LL HUNT YOU DOWN AND GIVE YOU HELL TO PAY!" he shrieks, face reddened and veins popping out. He punches the camera, causing the screen to instantly cut to static.
