Gregomy rushed to get medicine and bandages on his wound. He luckily found his old hoodie and a spare T-shirt and pulled both on. He found about 10 dollars crumpled up in the hoodie's pocket THANK YOU PAST ME FOR FORGETTING YOUR MONEY! Gregomy's phone buzzed-
J: Here's the location :D!
J: *Google maps link*
Shit- I can't walk there in time! Sorry Jace, but you might end up paying... God this is going to be awful...
Gregomy looked at the map again, thankfully there was a bus that he could catch, if he ran, that got off close enough to the Cafe that he could make it just in time. He bolted out the front door and ran down the block. The bus driver raised an eyebrow at him when he rammed his arm between the closing door. MADE IT!
"Where you stopping boy?"
"2nd stop from here"
"Alright that'll be $3.55"
Gregomy held out the crumpled ten dollar bill,
"Got change for a ten?" The Bus driver sighed and took the ten, opened up a metal box of cash, then gave him his change.
"Thank you." Gregomy made his way down the aisles avoiding the slightly annoyed looks from people who were ticked off that he had delayed their schedules. He took a seat next to an asleep old lady. He quickly realized that in his mad dash that his bandages had loosened. Hope it will hold out for today... Gregomy pulled out his phone and messaged Jace
G: Might be a little late..
J: That's fine!
J: I did kinda spring this on you out of the blue :P
G: no worries
The ride seemed to stretch on for ages. But it seemed too soon when the bus driver announced his stop.
"Thank you" Always thank your bus drivers kids!
"No problem"
The second Gregomy was out of the bus he took off down the street scanning the small shops for the Puppy Tea Party!. He spotted the sign and almost ran past the small shop. The sign was in pretty, loopy writing, and the end of the "y' was holding a teacup with a dog inside. The cafe looked like an antique shop. He pushed through the door and a tiny bell chimed, A girl in a baby blue dress came up holding a golden retriever like a baby, she had bright frizzy red hair, and the headband she was wearing had a fake teacup adorned onto it among a few fake flowers.
"Welcome to the Puppy Tea Party, sir! How may I help you?" She grinned cheerfully.
"O-oh I'm looking for someone, I think they're already here." Gregomy was shocked that she hadn't set the dog down yet, she looked so dainty ,it was baffling she could carry this massive dog.
"Hmm we haven't had anyone come in recently mention they were waiting for someone..." she noticed him looking at the dog, "OH, this is Sammy! The other dogs are over there in the fenced off area," She gestured to the wide area of shop that had an assortment of chewed on furniture and about 20 or so dogs enjoying themselves, "We keep the area the drinks are prepared and ordered separate and over there," She gestured towards the area where a bar was set up with light teal bar stools and a chalkboard menu, "Anyways, Would you like to hold Sammy?"
"I-I um-" Gregomy was cut off but the door chiming as it opened. It was Jace, he was wearing a red flannel shirt and black jeans, they were rolled up just a bit to reveal corgi print socks. Gregomy was most interested in Jace's hot pink sneakers but quickly looked back up to Jace when he started talking.
