Y/N's POV

[2 months later]

"Jisoo from Blackpink seen with YG trainee Yunho in the shopping mall, holding hands. It is rumored that they have been dating for a few months already and the fans seem to accept their relationship surprisingly well." The sound from the TV went straight into my heart as I sighed, leaning back into the couch.

"I don't think watching TV was a good idea." Jae said with a forced smile on his face as he took the remote and turned off the TV.

"Man, this is all just like a bad drama." I groaned as I massaged my temples "I can't believe literally nobody is believing me."

"Nobody?" Jae asked, taking a sip from his coke as he raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah. You're a nobody, so what?" I said as I saw his offended face while he slammed a pillow against my face, making me laugh.

"That's what you think about your best friend, huh?" He asked, faking his mad tone in his voice.

"You know I'm joking, man." I chuckled while drinking out of my glass of water.

"You really changed. Who would have thought that Y/N, the guy who had soft drinks rushing through his veins would switch to drinking only water?" He joked as I had to smile but thinking about his words just hurt me even more.

I clenched my jaw as I tried to hold back my tears until I felt a hand on my back, pulling me into a hug. I placed my head onto Jae's shoulder as I just released all of my tears while the sadness overcame me.

"Jisoo was the one who changed that, she would always get mad at me for drinking soft drinks because it's unhealthy and she wanted me to stay healthy." I cried onto his shoulder as I felt him pull me even tighter into a hug. "She's so perfect and I lost her. I lost the love of my life in such a short time. How can somebody suck so hard at love?"

"You did nothing wrong. It was all Yunho's fau-"

"No! It is my fault!" I interrupted him as I removed my head from his shoulder, looking into his eyes as he tilted his head "If I reacted differently everything would have been fine."

"Y/N, thats not true and you know that." He said as I shook my head.

"You don't know how many times I think about how it would have went if I just didn't beat him up." I sighed as I leaned back into the couch again, closing my eyes "Everything would have been fine. Yunho wouldn't have been able to do anything else, this was literally the only way to destroy our relationship and he succeeded."

"Sir, I think I have to kick your ass out of my apartment if you keep being sad." Jae said as I opened my eyes, tilting my head slightly to look at him.

"That would be a real asshole move." I said as I raised an eyebrow.

He stood up as he walked over to the small fridge that he has in the living room, grabbing a bottle of water out of it.

"Does it matter? I'm just a nobody to you. Who cares if the nobody is an asshole." He smirked as he leaned against the wall next to the fridge, making me laugh.

I grabbed the pillow and threw it at him, making both of us laugh.

"I was joking you idiot." I laughed as he took a sip out of the water bottle.

"Man, sparkling water tastes horrible." He said as he looked at the bottle closely "It's like drinking TV static."

"I agree, it's really horrible but you get used to it and it's healthy I guess." I said as I grabbed a handful of popcorn, shoving it into my mouth.

"I'd rather be unhealthy instead of drinking TV static." He scrunched his nose as he placed the bottle back into the fridge and got himself another can of coke, sitting down next to me again.

"Why did you even drink it then?" I chuckled as he shrugged.

"You motivated me to live healthily but that didn't last long, I guess." Jae sighed, leaning back into the couch.

"Wow, you're so disciplined." I laughed, causing him to smile.

"You better be nice to me, I'm letting you live here for free, man." He said as he opened the can, drinking out of it.

"It's fine, I'll leave soon anyways." I closed my eyes once again, feeling the warmth of the sun that was shining through the window.

"Oh right, you got the job, right?" He asked as I nodded.

"Yeah and I already found a nice apartment as well. The guy who lived there before me sold me all of his furniture so I can just move in without a lot of work." I sighed as I could see how Jae's smile dropped.

"Do you really have to move into another city?" He asked me as I opened my eyes once again, turning over to him.

"Yeah, I don't think I can live here with all of the news about Blackpink. There's Jisoo's face on literally every billboard as well, it hurts to see all of that." I answered as I could see him nod.

"Well, I wish you all of the luck." He smiled as I nodded as well.

"Thanks man."

...

Jisoo's POV
"Jisoo, Yunho, the CEO wants to talk to the both of you in his office." I heard the new manager of us talk as I sighed, knowing what it was about.

I walked over to the exit of our practice room as I saw Lisa glare at me. Her reaction wasn't so nice when she saw the news about Yunho and me.

I left the room with Yunho following me as I could hear him chuckle.

"This is going to be fun." He laughed as I clenched my jaw.

"For you." I whispered as I looked down onto the floor.
