What if there was a place where we all went after death
What if there was a heaven or hell
A place for the souls the living couldn't uphold anymore
A place where you could finally be free of the burdens of life
A place of sanctuary
A place of happiness
Or is it just emptiness
A deep dark pit which could seem endless
Where you could lose yourself within its aura
With the welcoming embrace of solitude
If there was a place like that would you still be here?
