Zuma made it to the docks and he used his pup pad to call the lost city of Puplantis. The city got the call and Debra is the one that picked up. "Hello? Is this Ryder or the Paw Patrol?" said Debra. "Hey Debra. It's Zuma." said Zuma as Debra's heart melted a little bit. The mama merpup has always had a crush on Zuma, since he is the main one that helped her with finding her baby and finding the pearl to the city.

"Hi Zuma. What can I do for you?" said Debra. "I need to come down to Puplantis. I'm in search for a type of stone. It will be either blue, red, orange, yellow, or purple. Can you help me?" said Zuma. "Of course! I'll be up to the surface as soon as possible." said Debra as she hung up and swam up to the dock of Adventure Bay. She rose up to the surface and saw the Chocolate Labrador that helped her mainly, and seeing him just made her blush even more.

"Hi Debra." said Zuma. "Hi Zuma." said Debra as she climbed up to the dock. "Thank you for helping me." said Zuma as Debra smiled and touched his nose with hers, transforming him into a merpup. "Now let's go see if we can find that stone you're looking for." said Debra as she and Zuma dove underwater and made it to the city of Puplantis, where there were other merpups swimming around, enjoying the city. "This city is still so beautiful!" said Zuma as Debra smiled at him. "Thank you Zuma. It means a lot coming from you." said Debra as Zuma smiled at her.

"Now where would a stone be if it was at Puplantis?" said Zuma as he and Debra looked around. Debra saw something that caught her eye, it was a hooded merpup that was sitting at the edge of the city. "Let's go see if that pup right there has any answers." said Debra as she and Zuma swam towards the hooded merpup. "Excuse me? We were wondering if you could help us?" said Debra as the hooded merpup turned around. "Help you with what queen?" said the hooded merpup.

Zuma decided to finish what Debra was talking about. "We're looking for a stone." said Zuma. "Would the stone you would be looking for, be orange?" said the hooded merpup. "Yes." said Zuma. "Follow me." said the hooded merpup as he swam out of the city. Zuma and Debra faced each other and then swam from the city in order to catch up with the hooded merpup.

The hooded merpup stopped swimming and flicked a piece of coral of an anemone, causing a portal to appear. "Woah!" said Zuma as Debra's eyes bulged a little. The hooded merpup swam through the portal and Zuma and Debra did the same. They arrived on a mountain that was slightly cold, and all pups had four legs once again, even Debra. "Woah! I'm not used to having four paws." said Debra as Zuma smiled at her. "It's okay. You'll get the hang of it." said Zuma as Debra smiled at him this time.

"When you two are done with the romance, I will tell you where the stone is." said the hooded merpup. Zuma and Debra stepped towards the hooded merpup and he pointed out to the distance of the mountain. Zuma and Debra looked down and it was very steep, you couldn't survive that. "So how do we get the stone?" said Debra. "One of you will get it. The other must sacrifice themself. The soul stone requires a soul in order to get the stone." said the hooded merpup as Zuma and Debra looked at each other with sadness.

"Zuma, I'll do it." said Debra as Zuma had even more sadness in his eyes. "What? No! I'm not gonna let you do that! You have a daughter! You have a city to look after." said Zuma. "And you have a mission. Your mission is to bring this stone back to the Paw Patrol. And if you jump, then the Paw Patrol fails! Because I can't go to the lookout, I'm a merpup!" said Debra. "But I don't want to lose you. The guilt will just keep eating me alive." said Zuma. Debra grabbed his face and she stared into his brown eyes.

"Hey. It's okay. I'll always be there." said Debra as she kissed his head. She let go of him and she faced the mountain, getting ready to jump. Zuma turned her back around and he kissed her on the lips, knowing that this is the only time he'll ever get to do it. "I love you." said Zuma. "I love you too." said Debra as she ran at full speed and jumped off the cliff. A thud was heard and Zuma looked down and saw Debra's lifeless body laying there. He began to cry, he just lost his first love, all for a stupid stone.

A flash of light appeared and everything went dark. Zuma woke up in the city of Puplantis, holding an orange stone. He had successfully collected the soul stone, but with a price to pay, he lost Debra. He was a merpup once again and many merpups were circled around Zuma, giving him concerned looks. "Where's the queen?" said one of the merpups. "Where's mommy?" said Debra's daughter, which made Zuma hug her and he began to cry once again.
