Morning came too early for Sara. She didn't want to roll out of the pallet just yet. Tim had already gone out to get food. She could smell fish cooking. She turned over onto her side to see Tim turning the spit. She looked around and then laid her head back down. Her body was sore from all the walking. Her muscles begged her for a good rub down. She moves her hand over her sore arm, trying to relieve the tension from all the traveling, and her burns, who were finally starting to heal. She watched Tim, through groggy eyes, as he quietly cooked, and drank what smelled like coffee.

Tim looked over at Sara and saw her watching him. Smiling to her, "Mornin'. How are you feeling? Better I hope?"

"Good morning." she answered him. "Sill a little groggy and sore from everything, but I'm alright." she smiles, "Just not used to this. Thanks for saving me and keeping an eye on me the last few days." she coos softly to him, behind a yawn.

"Nothing to think me for. You needed help, and I was around." he smiles to her. "I've got some more ointment in the satchel, if you need it."

"Yes, thank you. I will get it momentarily. Where did you get the fish? I thought that we left the river?"

"We have been fallowing the river. The path just doesn't lead beside it, right here, but its a short walk that way." he points behind Sara. "It isn't that far. You just can't hear it because the water runs very calmly through here." Sara still didn't move, as Tim took the fish off the spit. HE carried it over to her and sat down beside her. Handing her some fish, then eating some of his own. Sara forced herself to sit up so she could eat, and picked at her food. "It's not gourmet, but you should try to get more in you. It will help." he told her.

"Pardon me, I don't mean to be rude. Its just with everything, I don't really have an appetite." she explains.

"I understand, but you still need to force down as much as you can. We have a long journey, and your body needs the nourishment." After they ate, Sara touched her face, feeling the soreness had started to fade in the smaller cuts. The burns still stinging under the blisters. Tim stood up and knelt down by his satchel, taking out the ointment, and bringing it over to Sara. "Here let me put this on your cuts and burns." Opening the container after sitting a second one on the pallet by her, "Put that on your sore muscles." he tells her, "Let me know if I hurt you." he says before taking some ointment and gently covering her blistered, burn with it. Her leg flinches at first, but then the ointment starts to set in. "Better?" he asked after he was done, Moving to cover the cuts on her legs, then her face.

"Mmhmm. Thank you." She says softly, as she takes the other ointment and rubs it in on her shoulders, and arms. Moving to put some on her thighs, and knees. It didn't take long for the ointment to start working, and sooth the soreness she felt. "That's much better." smiling up to him with her soft green eyes.

Tim smiled at her, "No need to thank me. After everything you have been though, I know you have to be quite sore. I don't mind helping you out."

"What about you?" she asked. "You had that fight and yet I haven't seen a bruise on you. Did they hurt you?"

"Oh." he chuckled, "It hurt when they hit me, but I don't bruise that easily. It takes more than that to hurt me. I was a little sore yesterday, but i'm much better now. Thank you for your concern."

"I'm glad you aren't hurt." she hummed.

"Take some time to relax. Let the cream start working before you try to move around too much. Lay back down and rest while I get things together, and pack up."

Sara laid back down and closed her eyes as Tim packed things up. The cream sank into her, and slowly relieved most all her soreness. It didn't take Tim long to pack things up. He helped her to her feet, and then rolled the pallet up, and attached it to the bottom of his bag. Tim took her hand and lead her off in the direction they had been traveling.
