Y/N's POV

Y/N: AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!

This pain was unbearable. It felt like I was being stabbed by a bunch of needles at once. My back felt like it was on fire, while my front felt frozen. My body was completely numb, and I could feel my blood rushing through my body.

I rested on the ground with the feeling of fire and ice flowing from each end of my body. They weren't kidding when they said I would feel excruciating pain. Not only did I feel those two elements flow through my body, but as well as sharp; needle-like spikes all over my skin and wounds.

After waiting for about ten minutes, the pain had calmed down. Ten minutes of absolute pain. These had to be the worst ten minutes of my life.

Y/N: <pant> Alright... <pant> I think... <pant> I'm good... <pant>

I looked around the area and noticed a lot of things have changed. I still had a long vertical wound on my stomach, but my sword was nowhere to be found. Not only that, the goddesses weren't here either.

Y/N: (D-Did... Did they make it out alive? And... Where's Dreadnought?!)

I better get looking for him. He is going to pay for everything that he's done to me... to my friends... and to Noire.

Timeskip

I've been walking around Lastation for a few minutes. No sign of life anywhere. No matter where I looked, it was all a ghost town. No matter where I looked, the only thing I saw was dust and rubble. I was beginning to think that there was no hope after all. That... all of this was just a waste of time.

Y/N: The hell will I do now... I don't even know where to lo-

<boom>

An explosion startled me. A large beam from the ground up into the sky was visible from where I stood. The beam was far, and it looked like it was coming from Planeptune. I no longer had my abilities with me, so getting there was going to take a while.

Y/N: Well... Looks like that is my only hint. Something doesn't feel right. Whatever that beam is, it may help me find Noire and the others.

Timeskip 3rd POV (Planeptune)

You walked towards the location of the beam. You were met with a large open area. It looked like it used to be a park. You walked forward and noticed that the CPUs were still alive. This sight slightly relieved you, but there was something off about them. The seemed to be stuck in delusion.

Y/N: Noire? Neptune, Blanc, Vert? Can you hear me? I'm here to save you!

Not only were they stuck in delusion, but they were also trapped in cages. The cage's bars emitted a dark red aura. It didn't affect you in any way if you touched it, but it most likely affected the goddesses.

Y/N: ... Dreadnought will pay...

You sat on one of the cages and decided to wait for Dreadnought to appear. The large beam was still active. As you looked at the beam, the thought of it being a portal came to your mind. Your mind slowly started to wonder what was on the other side, but before you made up your mind, Dreadnought appear from the beam.
