On my way to work I see this girl I use to go to school with. She was the shyest thing in my class. I think I was the only one who talked to her though.

" hey u remember me?" I ask her

"Damien Lovett .... Wow it's been so long since I last saw u.. U were the sweetest person to me. How u been? Are u walking? Need a ride?" She said with her eyes all big

"Yeah I'm On my way to work."

"Hop in ill give u a ride."

Jessica's pov

Omg it's been a while since I seen him. We were 17yrs old the last time we saw each other.. And now here we are at 20 yrs old . He was the only guy I really talked to.. Due to the fact the other guys at our old school was full of themselves.

"So Damien what have u been up to? I say breaking the silents he's being so quiet.

" nothing really I'm just Trynna take care if my brothers and sister you know.... What u been up to I see u done got all thick on me and shit u use to be skinny asl" he say while laughing lol but I can say he right about that I was pretty skinny and know I'm thick as I don't know what now.

" I ain't been up to nothing but life you know finishing college and all. "

" what u doing back around here though out of all these places u could be u come back in Louisville .."

"I'm moving back here . My mom is sick and she really needs me . I mean wouldn't u do that for ur mom. ? " I ask.

He got quiet like I struck a nerve or something I hope I didn't say anything wrong.

" sorry if I said anything wrong I notice u got quiet. "

" u Gucci.." He said in barely a whisper. "My job right there ."

" can I have ur number maybe we can hang sometimes you know." I said

" uhh yeah." He wrote his number down for me as I pulled up into the drive way of an outlet he got out at finish line .

" see u later Damien ! " I yelled while waving. I missed him for some reason I can't believe we ran into each other. Damien is a good guy . He was really the only guy who talked to me with respect back in high school.

~10:45pm~ later that day (night )

Still Jessica POV

I sat on my bed wondering if I should call Damien I mean I don't want him to think I got his number for no reason you know?

I picked up my phone and dialed his number after three rings he picked up

" hello ? " as soon as he said hello I hung up. His voice made me kinda shy he sounds so sexy. While I was in my thoughts I got a call ..... It was Damien I picked up the phone

" umm hello? " I said kinda nervouse

" did u call me and have second thoughts Jessie? ~chuckles a little bit~ he said

"Lol no that's not it I just got... I just got a lil nervouse that's all." I said

"Why nervous ? It's just me Damien lol."

"Exactly it's you Damien ."

"But what about me makes u nervous ."

"I don't know it's just I haven't talked to u in a while and I .. I miss u. " when I said that he got quiet.... I knew I shouldn't have said that.

"I miss you too ma."

" what took you so long to say it back?"

" because you surprised me."

" how did I surprise u?" I asked

" because I expect nobody to miss me."

"We'll I do. Hey can we hang out tomorrow ...at my house? Id like to cook u dinner."

" ight text me ur address." When he said that I was smiling hard.

" alright good night Damien."

" good night Jessica."
