"Keep her moving!" "Steady, steady!" This is the voice of a Ithorian named Cronin. A heavy beam is being placed slowly by some hydro lifts. I,Cal Kestis am standing as far away from the beam as possible. I never liked heavy objects, especially in the rain, they could be unpredictable.

"That's good!" The Ithorian yelled over the rain, the hydro lift operator set the piece of metal in place and then it was my turn.

I'm a welder, you see, my job is to make sure the infrastructure doesn't come collapses down on innocent people. The buzz of the welding torch feels hot in my hands. The lower levels could never afford good tools like the upper levels of Coruscant.

A spark flew from my torch as the torch connected the beam in place. "That'll do!" The Ithorian said, and then the electronic bell rang signaling break time.

Break time. The one time where I could be alone with my thoughts. Just me, myself, and I.

I sat on my bed, thinking. Ever since the Empire I have felt nothing but pain, more than most, because I was there. I was there when the Jedi fell.

"There's one!" One of the 501st said, A rain of bolts flew past me.

"He's gone." The 501st said, "Search the area!"

There he was. My master, Caden Roth. A trickle of blood ran down his forehead, "What's happened?" I ask, "The Jedi are decimated, my troopers turned on me. I've heard whispers that Chancellor Palpatine is behind the attack."

"The Chancellor?" "I don't believe it."

"Cal, you need to get out of here. They are hunting the last of the Jedi you need to get somewhere off-world."

"I am not leaving without you, Master."

"I am old, I will slow you down, here take this."

In his hand he held a glowing blue cube. A holocron, the last of the Jedi teachings now in the palm of my hand.

Present Day
I look down at the glowing blue cube. All these years I have tried to access the information inside it, but I was so young when the Empire rose to power. I know so little of the force. My understanding is somewhat limited. But even knowing a little of the Force has made me dangerous, I am one of the Empire's most wanted.

The bell rang, a bolt of lightning hit a power cell tower in the distance, a warning was sounded, 'Warning: Electricity High.'

I pulled on my electricity resistant suit and pulled the balaclava over my head. I threw on my cap, and went back to work.
