"Eve. Come on. You're lagging," Selene said to her daughter, who was obviously struggling with all the walking.

We had left the roof of the Antigen Labs building. I had stopped at the elevator to grab my leather cloak. It was unique. Then we left the building, forever.

David came back to Eve and wrapped his arms around her shoulders and they continued to walk to the nearest clothing shop. Eve was still wearing her white medical clothes. They were dabbled with blood. Both Selene's and Eve's hands were covered in blood. This was probably due to Selene stabbing her hand into a man and pulled out while leaving behind a grenade that made a mess of him. As for Eve, well, she recently pulled a man's throat from his neck.

They walked up to a large clothes shop that was based at teenage girls. Eve had recently come of age, which was the reason Antigen was going to harvest her genetic material and use it to make an antidote that would make all lycans immune to silver.

<Lycans are vulnerable to silver. But, vampires are vulnerable to UV rays and mainly sunlight. But the three of us are not vulnerable to any. I was given this invulnerability from Alexander Corvinus' blood. Eve is immune to both because she has the strengths of both species. And David received the invulnerability from me. He died, I cut him open, cut my hand, then used the Corvinus strain in my blood to bring him back to life>

We entered the shop, Eve tried on some clothes, then, we stole what we needed.

Eve was now wearing a one-shouldered grey shirt, dark blue skinny jeans, a black leather belt, black high-top converse shoes, and a cream trench-coat.

We had to quickly travel to the police station to meet up with Sebastian. He was a policeman who was married to a vampire. He helped me get my daughter back from the despicable people at Antigen.

When we arrived, he led us straight to the weapons centre.

"C'mon, we don't have much time," he hurried us.

I pulled another bag from the shelf. I grabbed four machine pistols from the rack. I placed two in the bag, and two in my holsters. I grabbed grenades, and knives. I was in heaven again. This was the only part of the world that seemed the same from twelve and a half years ago.

"Thank you Sebastian," I said to him, as the three of us left the police station with a bag full of ammunition.

<Now, we can begin our search for my two friends. Michael, my lover, and Zach Simmons>
