Chapter 3: Road Trip Battle

He jumped into the back of the car with Eve. He popped his head up to her and then crawled into the boot. He kicked the bot off and hit the top of the car. I drove onto the highway. Lycans erupted from under the house we were fleeing. At least twenty were running after us.

"I'll drive, you shoot!" I yelled out to Zachary.

He pulled out his machine pistols. He unleashed hell unto the tailing lycans. He squeezed the trigger and held it. A spray of bullets waved over the lycans. A few had managed to catch up to the car. He held down the triggers as he outstretched his arms unto either side of him. His guns popped up and stopped shooting. He looked shocked at each hand as the lycans fell from the highway and fell onto the below streets. He panicked and turned back to the car. He jumped back into the back seat.

"I'm out of ammo. What do we do now?" he asked calmly.

"David, grab my bag and give it to him. Also give him your knives and whip," I instructed David. He did so accordingly. He passed Zach my bag and his knives and whip. Josh opened the bag and exchanged his old pistols for these new silver nitrate ones that I took from the police station.

He sheathed the knives onto his belt and took the whip from David.

THIRD PERSON

Zach smiled as his eyes changed to an icy blue. They looked like Selene's own eyes, only brighter. He climbed into the boor again. The lycans had gained. He took the whip and spun it over his head and slashed one of the lycans. He then thrust it at another and it pierced that lycans chest. He spun it around himself again and wrapped it around another's chest and pulled on it and swung the lycan into another. He released the whip in a spinning flurry and it cut both lycans. The rest had become too close. He pulled knives from his belt and threw them at two of the lycans. The remaining three, he took the whip from the floor again and twirled with the whip around him and thrust it in a fury of slashes in front of him and tore the lycans to pieces.

One of the lycans had become too close and jumped to the roof of the car and slashed Zach's right arm. He stopped and turned to it with anger on his face. He grabbed the lycan by the neck and walked ono the roof of the Camaro with him in his hand. Eve and David looked up as Zach brought the lycan to his mouth. His fangs pierced the skin of the lycan and the scratches on his right arm healed. His shirt, however, was shredded. Luckily he had left his cloak in the car. He then raised the lycan in the air and hissed at it as it roared at him. Zach easily snapped the creature's neck and used his hand to wipe the remaining blood from his lips and chin.

He jumped in through the window of the car.

"So, what do we do now?" Zach asked quickly.

"There is a safe house nearby here," David said looking to Selene.

"Where to?" Selene replied with a question to David.
