It has an ethereal enchantment, letting it bypass armor and an enchantment you control the use of that drains the target's stamina as you attack instead of inflicting injury. But if you don't focus on the enchantment, it will cause harm.
The blade itself was made by a mermaid blacksmith especially for her.
