Chapter Three

Three years later

Aeliana's POV

It was nice having Keira with us. It made me want my own child. I looked over at Esarosa who was reading a bedtime story to Keira. She was so good with kids. 'We knew that already.' Onyx said chuckling.

'That's true. When we saw her wolf for the first time. Than had a water fight.' I replied.

I smiled at the memories. 'Those were good times' Onyx said. I could feel her pride and her happiness.

'We still have good times' I said.

'We do but it's had it's struggles.' She replied. I than felt her sorrow, she quickly covered it up.

I was brought out of my conversation with Onyx by a laughing Keira.

She was soaking wet. "What happened?" I asked her.

She was laughing to hard to answer. Soon I saw a soaking wet Monique. "You little bugger. Look at my outfit."

That made Keira laugh harder.

"Hey no need for name calling. And why are you dressed up like that?" I asked her raising an eyebrow.

Monique quickly bowed her head. "I was goin to hang out with some friends." She replied.

"Monique you are nine. And does your mom know?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

She shook her head no.

"Than you should go and ask. Your mom wouldn't be impressed if you disappeared."

"I know." She said turning around to leave.

I smiled at the retreating girl. Than I looked down at Keira. "How did you get Monique all wet?"

Keira smiled and held up a small water gun. Than she showed me some water balloons.

"Do you want to get Esarosa?" I asked her.

She squealed and jumped up off my lap. "Let's get her." she said with the hugest grin ever.

I smiled and followed her. I was surprised when she cheated slightly and travelled threw the shadows.

I smiled. Her training was going good.

ESAROSA'S POV

I heard Monique scream so I took off in the direction of her scream. I came around the corner and saw Keira soak her with a water gun. I couldn't help but laugh.

It was a short lived laugh because I was hit with a water balloon. I turned around and saw a five year old boy laughing. I smiled at him. "I am going to get you." I said chasing after him.

He laughed and took off running.

I followed behind him and found a pool with a bunch of water balloons filled around it. I also saw a bunch of different kinds of water guns. I scooped up some balloons and was assaulted with water. I turned and saw two twin girls laughing. The boy I had chased earlier shot the girls and a war was on.

'Just like before.' Nadia said

I smiled. We were both so happy.

I was surprised when soon there was more adults joining in. Some were only in charge of making the water balloons.

I watched as Rob caught a small boy and gently tossed him in the pool. The boy laughed and when he got up he was holding a couple water balloons he threw them at Rob and soaked him.

I laughed. Than was hit with water balloons and shot with a gun. Than I heard Keira and Aeliana laughing.

I whipped around and chased both of them. They both disappeared into the shadows. I shook my head "that's cheating" I said out loud. I was laughing though. That was quick thinking.

We all continued to have a water fight until I heard a deafening scream. All the adults froze and some gathered the children. The young ones where than surrounded by the fourteen to seventeen year olds. Than some of the younger adults.

Jensen, Rob and Ron instantly were by my side. "Where is Aeliana?" Ron asked.

"Her and Keira went threw the shadows." I replied.

Than I heard a major growl. I knew that sound. It was Aeliana.

"Come." I said as I ran towards the noise.

I shifted in mid run. My cloths shredding.

I came around the corner and there was Aeliana fighting another wolf. The second wolf grabbed at Keira. I growled and attacked the wolf. I was amazed that Keira could shift. I was so proud of her as she attacked the wolf.

Soon we were all fighting. I lost count as to how many there where. They didn't smell like rogues though.

Than I saw a huge grey wolf. He was stalking over to Keira. I had three wolves fighting me I couldn't stop the grey wolf. I was just about to mind link someone when I saw tan coloured wolf suddenly appear. The wolf attacked the grey one than disappeared. I realize that Monique was protecting Keira.

I smiled a wolfy grin and than focused on the fight I was currently in.

I hated fighting. I hated death. But sometimes there wasn't a choice.

I finished off the three wolves that were attacking me and went to help Monique and Keira. I noticed they weren't alone though. James and Samantha had joined. I also realized that the huge grey wolf had to be the alpha of this group.

I ran quickly and caught the alpha by the neck as he tried to jump on James.

I made the wolf whimper. Than I felt him go limp as he submitted. Jensen came up beside me "shift. And cover your self with this." He said as he threw a blanket on the wolf.

He did what he was told. I was handed some cloths and a blanket was held up so I could change.

"What are you doing here?" I sneered him.

"This pack is weak." He sneered back.

I was about to punch him but was beaten to it. A tiny fist punched him in the face.

"How dare you. you attacked me." Keira said.

This made everyone laugh. Well all accept the guy she punched.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I am Alpha John." He said tryin to use his alpha tone.

I smirked. "I am Esarosa. One of the two alpha princesses. Your tone doesn't work on me or any of my pack."

"And I am alpha princesses Aeliana." Aeliana said coming to stand by me. She picked up Keira.

"I think we should take him to the dungeons. Along with the rest of his pack." Jensen suggested. I could tell he was furious at this alpha for attacking children.
