The Maze Runner: Newt Imagine

Part one: Your POV

"HELP!" You screamed as the doors began to close off the Glade from the maze, which you were running. "HELP! HELP SOMEONE HELP ME!" You screeched. Then you stopped abruptly. Hearing all of the words of encouragement made you feel like you could do it. But you knew you couldn't stay strong. You had just killed Thomas because he got stung and was getting out of whack. "Y/N come one! You can do it! I believe in you!" The boys yelled. But you feel to your knees and started to cry. You heard some screams and people telling someone no. But you couldn't understand it. A few moments later you felt a hand on your shoulder. You jumped and pulled you sword, almost beheading Newt. "What are you doing here Newt! We're going to be killed and I don't want you to die!" You said to him. "I know. But I don't want you to die either." He stated. After a few moments of silence, he said "Wh-what happened to Thomas?" You started to cry again. "I-I-I killed him. I killed him I killed him." You said as you fell yet again to the ground. Newt put an arm around you and spoke in a gentle voice. "It's ok. It's ok Y/N. You'll be fine. Come on. We should get going now." And with that, you both stood up and wandered deeper into the maze.
