We'd last - they say
It's be fine - they say!
Its always lies
A snippy ball game toying with out thoughts and minds
School'll be fun - they say
It'll be done before you know it - they say!
Children don't like us
They don't understand us
They think they know what happens in our minds
A total lie
They cheat and still at fault is us!
Don't give up - they say
We love you - they say!
You don't speak for your throat is cotton
You pretend to listen - yet it leaves your ears
You don't know what we want - we scream!
We have no voice! - we cry
Children meant to be silent....
But for how long?
How long must we be quiet?
Count times life...
Too long and an eternity to go
