The time had finally come for the SM auditions. Donghyuk and his friends, Chenle, Jeno, Jisung, Renjun, and Jaemin, were all extremely  nervous.  Even  after two whole months of practice and lots of compliments  for multiple people, they couldn't not be nervous.

Between  end of the year projects and exams, practice the auditions, and trying  to maintain his pretty much non-existent  relationship with Mark, Donghyuk felt exhausted. But his nerves kept him awake. He's been talking  to Mark whenever  he gets the chance to. Sometimes he feels like he comes off as annoying and clingy, but he just shuts the thought out does what Johnny told him to do. Just be himself. Despite the butterflies in his stomach when he sees Mark, or the fact that just talking  to him makes him nervous, or the way his heart flutters when Mark smiles. He just does the best he can do.

Donghyuk is pulled out of his thoughts as his name is called along with a few other people. They walked into the audition room and stood in a line by the wall. One by one, they auditioned.  When it got down to one person  standing  in front of him, Donghyuk  really  felt the nerves  kick in. The person  in front of him goes up, and he still hasn't  processed  that he's  actually  about to audition for one of the biggest companies.

And then his name is called. And the music to Move by Taemin starts playing.  And it's a lot to process all at once, but Donghyuk  manages. He absolutely cannot mess this up. So he does what he had to do. Perfectly. The judges wrote some stuff down and called for the next person at the end. Donghyuk  left feeling  very proud of himself. For the first time, he thought  he might just have a chance to make it in.

A while back, Mark had decided  to try and audition for SM Entertainment, having no idea that Donghyuk  was auditioning  too. His dance instructor said hr had a good chance to make it, and even though he was iffy about it at first, he signed up anyways. It was a good opportunity, so why not take it?

In the mean time, he's been thinking a lot. About someone.  And maybe that someone just so happens  to be the only boy that has ever made his heart just stop. Donghyuk.  Mark could just not stop thinking  about him. It especially  didn't  help  that Donghyuk was always with him and being clingy. It kind of a lot for Mark to handle considering he totally wasn't gay.

Mark still hasn't excepted the fact that he has a big fat crush on Donghyuk, and Donghyuk has already taken on the task of getting closer to Mark.
