Description: The User is simultaneously weak and strong. When the user deals against a very sinful person, they are unstoppable. When dealt with a good person, the user is vulnerable. The User can determine if a person is good or bad with a glance. They can see people as black and white with it. Such as white with black spots or black with white spots. They can switch their vision to normal as Well.
Inspiration and Reference: Shikieiki Yamaxanadu from Phantasmagoria of Flower Viewing. She's the Absolute Judge if Black and White that's in charge of Higan. She judges souls if they go to hell or heaven. She prefers everything to be fair and balanced because she lectures humans to be better and youkai to do their job better. But sadly everyone hates her because they don't like being told wrong.
