Description: The quirk allows the user to freeze anything without any trouble. It can even freeze fire or air. The ice can freeze the air to take any shape such as weapons or armor. The Freeze is almost instantaneous. The drawback is that the user get's hypothermia.
Inspiration and Reference: Cirno! The Strongest Fairy! She is an idiotic ice Fairy with superiority complex. Although her strength as a fairy can't be denied, she's still a fairy so she's fairly simple minded.
