Sean awoke to the gentle strumming of a guitar. Sleepily he sat up, staring at the clock until his mind could focus enough to read it. Nine am. Swinging his legs off the bed, he climbed to his feet and made his way to the bathroom. When he stepped back out, he stretched and staggered toward the kitchen for some coffee. Sean pulled a mug down from the cabinet, smirking when he saw that the pot was already half gone. That was proof enough that Nate was up. Making his cup, he wrapped his hands around the cup to let the heat warm his hands. Inhaling the strong scent of the coffee, he blew on it until he could take a sip. For a time, he stood in the kitchen just trying to wake up. Since he was only able to take small sips, the coffee was working slowly. Which forced him to rest his arms on the island counter in order to stay upright. Staring at the countertop, Sean bit his lip at the memories he had with Nate in here. Beyond the sex, he found himself loving the little things that Nate did with him.

Staring at the DnD set up still on the dining table, Sean took another sip to hide his grin. Last night was starting to play over in his mind, until he decided to find Nate. He felt bad that he didn't get Nate off last night. He had planned to do so much more with him. Yet, for what it was... He'd never forget it. It was the most fun he had in a long time. It had been a simple night out and it had been magical. So much so that he felt like if he didn't confirm it with Nate... That it just might have been a dream. Walking down the hall to Nate's studio, he leaned into the half open door. Rylo was snoozing on a dog bed by Nate's desk in the corner, but lifted his head when Sean entered. Leaning a bit farther in, Sean saw Nate in a chair on the other side of the room. His separate computer was on and appeared to be recording the audio. Judging by the way Nate would glance up at the screen to check something on occasion as he played. Sean pressed his back against the doorframe, sipping his coffee in silent bliss.

He loved seeing Nate like this. Something about it was just so natural. Nate was wrapped up in his own little world. Sean wondered what was playing in Nate's headphones that he was silently singing along too. His microphone was positioned to pick up the audio from his guitar and he tapped his heel against the floor in time to the beat. Sean watched Nate's fingers completely mesmerized by them. He envied Nate's skills with musical instruments. Sean's eyes drifted down to see how his jeans hugged his legs, teasing him to walk over there to squeeze those thighs. Keeping himself under control, he took another sip of his coffee instead of going over there to touch him. He didn't want to interrupt him. Nate plucked a cord offkey with his guitar pick, then let out a frustrated groan as the pick slipped from his fingers and into the sound hole. Sean tried not to giggle, watching Nate lift his guitar to shake it out while muttering to himself in irritation. "Come on... Really? Son of a bitch." Finally shaking the pick free, Nate lowered his guitar to fix the audio on the computer.

Nate flexed his strumming hand, then reached for his coffee cup to take a swig. Nate closed out of a few things on his computer, then set his guitar aside to grab his mint colored electrical guitar. Plugging it in, he muttered out under his breath. "That's fine. If you won't do what I want today, then I'll work with this one. I don't care... I'm not mad..." Sean chuckled softly to himself, observing the way Nate slipped the guitar pick between his lips as he tuned his mint guitar. He looked a little tense, but after setting up a new audio file, he seemed to calm down. Sean didn't recognize the song until the familiar chords started. Sean grinned, loving the powerful rock tone Nate gave a classic Disney song. He even managed to silently sing along by reading Nate's lips. When the line came up for him to look left, Nate did and saw him. Jumping in his seat, Nate yelped out. "JEEZ-SUS!" Nate clutched his heart for a minute, then pulled his headphones down with a weak smile. Taking a few shaky breaths, he told him softly. "Damn, dude. You're going to give me a heart attack."

Sean cringed, mumbling back guiltily. "Sorry. I would have announced myself, but I didn't want to stop you. Are you ok?" Nate braced his guitar against the desk, stating out with a sharp glare at his other guitar. "Ya... Just been having a rough morning with her. She broke a string and then she ate my pick twice. I don't know... Maybe we both just aren't feeling it today." Sean moved closer, setting his coffee down on the desk, before sliding his hands down Nate's shoulders. Rubbing Nate's pectoral muscles comfortingly, he purred over his shoulder. "Maybe you need a break for a few minutes?" Nate placed his hands over Sean's rubbing them a little, upon answering in a honey-glazed voice. "Mmmm, did you have something in mind?" Sean turned Nate's chair around until he faced him. Grabbing Nate's shoulders, Sean moved in to straddle Nate's lap. Nate's hands slid around Sean's waist to pull him up his lap a bit more, grinning as he told him suggestively. "You seem to be in a good mood."
