chapter 2

*kriiiiiiing*

"uugghh." I groaned as I buried my face in my pillow. What time is it? I thought and looked at the alarm clock and turned it off. 7:20 am, I still have time to prepare for my shift.

I stood up and fixed my bed. While fixing it my phone chimed, I ignored it since I'm too lazy to chat someone.

After doing the things i needed to do I went downstairs and ate. I saw my brother looking at me, "What?" I asked while sitting down. He chuckled, "Nothing, just hurry up and go to your job. I can pick you up if you want me t-" He didn't get to finish his sentence since I cutted him off with a "I can take care of myself oppa, No need to worry. I'll be home by 10 okay?" I said while standing up and getting my bag.

I walked towards the door and looked at my brother, He smiled causing me to smile and waved goodbye.

Unknown's POV

I walked out of our dorm, nothing special I just wanted to take a walk alone.

I kept on walking until a saw a Café. "Ooh! why not stop by right? besides it's my cheat day" I said to myself while smiling. I went inside and ordered, then a sat down beside the window.

My phone chimed unexpectedly, so I checked who texted me.

1 new message from Jeongstrich💕

Jeongstrich💕: yaahh~ where did you go?

Oh I just went out to get some coffee, waeyo?

Jeongstrich💕: Nothing, we're just bored here. Btw, please be careful once's might see you.

aigoo, don't worry unnie I'll be careful.

I sighed and fixed my mask and hat, let's not get caught again shall we self? As I was fixing myself I saw a girl walked in. Have I seen her somewhere?

"Annyeong! sorry for being kate on my first day hehe" She smiled and bowed.

She wouldn't survive this job if she keeps on being late aigoo...

Y/n's POV

I walked in the café and greeted my co-workers also my manager.

Okay y/n let's not mess things up and work hard!I started to do my job. what else would I do?

"Excuse me" I looked at the owner of the voice, it's a girl. I quickly went up to her and asked "Yes ma'am? do you need anything?" I asked her, She looks at me and said "Yes I do need something.." She looked at me fully and I saw her eyes, she seems familiar.

I waited for her to say what she wants to say,
"I'm sorry to bother you but, have I seen you somewhere? You're so familiar to me" She said and I was so confused. I furrowed my eyebrows.

She just shookt her head and chuckled, "Mian, anyways I'll go now." She said while standing up and walked oit of the café.

Well that's weird... I thought and went back to work.

9:40 pm

3rd person POV's

Y/n worked very hard even though she's tired. She can't stop thinking about the girl earlier, but she just shrugged it off as if nothing had happened. Y/n worked until her shift is done.

As Y/n was about to get out of the café her manager called her and gave her pay for the day, she was shocked at how much she earned for just a day.

She thanked her manager and went out.

"Y/n!" someone said as Y/n heard that someone running towards her, "I missed you Y/n" said the girl.

Y/n turned around and faced the girl.

Y/n's POV

I knew it, it was her.

"Y/n I missed you" she said while hugging me tight and looked at me.

"Please come back..I'm here now, I won't leave you again I promise" she said with pleading eyes, I just chuckled and pushed her arms away from me.

" Don't waste your time, you left remember?" I said and turned my back on her, I can here her sob and it made me feel bad.

"Y-Y/n please, I promise I-I won't leave you again just please come back" she said and backed hugged me.

I really feel bad seeing her cry like that, I turned around to face her.

"Sana, I'm sorry please go home. We're over already so please go." I said while trying to hold my tears from falling but I failed to do so.

Sana's POV

She cried..again, because of me. I Wiped her tears and hugged her. "Please take care of yourself, and can you please walk me home?"

I said and I can feel her nodding so we started to walk to my dorm.

"I guess you're a barista now huh" I said and chuckled.

She chuckled, "Yeah, I just needed some cash to attend a concert." Y/n said while smiling.

A concert huh?

"oh, I guess you're still obsessed with that girl group huh?" I said and looked at her.

She just nodded and stayed silent.

Both of us stayed silent until we arrived at the dorm.

"Thank you for walking me home Y/n, can we still be friends?" I asked while playing with my fingers waiting for her answer.

"sure." I quickly looked at her, She was smiling. I smiled widely and hugged her.

"You should go home now. It's getting late, take care!" I said and went inside the dorm. I was still smiling.

I turned around and there I found "Jihyo unnie!" Oooh I'm screwed..

"Who was that huh?" Jihyo said angrily and crossed her arm.

"Just a friend unnie no biggie" I said trying to calm her down.

"You do know we're not allowed to date right?" She said and went closer to me.

Is she deaf or what?!..

"She's.just.a.friend.unnie." I said.

She just nodded and went inside her room again. Phew! can't get her angry since our concert is close.

Y/n's POV

I quickly got home and went up my room and started to count my money. I guess 3 or 4 more days of work and I can get enough money for the concert. "Just you wait..I'll be able to see you soon" I smiled as I squealed and did some crazy things.

I got ready for bed and took a look at the ticket price. Almost there. I smiled and went to sleep.
