Amy woke up lying on a bench in Target, Allen sitting right next to her holding a small white kitten with blue eyes in his hands.
"Is that my cat?" Amy questioned as she sat up, putting a hand to her forehead.
"I don't know if it should be you're cat, but yea." Allen said, placing the kitten on Amy's lap, along with a small bag of stuff.
"Is this for Snowflake?" Amy questioned, taking out the cat food and pale blue collar.
"You're naming the kitten snowflake? Why not Winter, Stray, Alex, Buddy..." Allen continued with the list of names, but Amy was ignoring him, putting the collar on Snowflake.
"...Flow, Jackal, Jake... wait, is your cat a boy or girl?" Allen questioned.
"You ask the cat." Amy said. Allen seemed to ponder this idea about talking to the cat, as if it was actually possible. "Nevermind the gender, will figure it out later." Amy shrugged, they had no time for this, they had to get farther away.
"Fine, will wait until we got an actual way to figure it out." Allen sounded abit sad about this.
Allen starts walking over to the teen girls clothing section. "Come on, we need to get some new clothes for you or you're gonna freeze to death." he says, as he stops and slightly turns to he can look at Amy.
"Fine, i'm coming." Amy slid snowflake into the spot in her satchel and stood up, walking towards Allen to the teen girl section. There was all sorts of sweaters, jeans, jackets, and shirts in a range of colors, Amy took a liking to some black fleece-lined jeggings and a black and blue striped short sleeved shirt. She also found what she called, "the perfect jacket", with a couple hidden pockets and a fluffy inside that was pitch black, along with the wind-proof outside which was white. The jacket was like a trench coat on Amy, it went down to just above her knees, but it didn't bother her.
Amy noticed other teenaged girls were eyeing Allen, talking to each other. Then they would glace her over, with disgust, probably wondering why he was hanging out with me of all people. Amy rolled her eyes, idiots, she thought.
