Lex was currently in JYP's office scared out of her mind because JYP wanted to talk to her.Was she getting kicked out? Did they not want her anymore?All of the worst scenarios were playing through her mind.The door opened and JYP slipped though,smiling at her
"Thank you for meeting me Yoojin"He said,sitting down in his desk chair."you are probably confused on why I called you here"He said She nodded
"Hello sir and I'm a little confused" lex said with a small laugh.She was so nervous she was shaking lightly. JYP noticed and said
"It's not nothing bad I promise.It is actually something very good."She let out the breath she didn't realize she was holding.She smiled in relief.He continued to speak
"I would like you to debut with Day6,one of the members saw you playing your bass and insisted you join them" He said laughing at she facial expression." I thought it over and I feel like it would be a good idea"her eyes were wide and she had a unsure look on her face.
"But I'm a girl-" her sentence was cut off by him saying
"I think it will bring in really good results and it is worth a try" He said looking at her with a " we really want you to do it" look.She said
"I am willing to give it a try"She said.He responded
"Okay let me call Sungjin up here so he can talk to you" She nodded ,getting nervous all over again.She had never been good with new people.The door opened and in walked a man about 3 or 4 years older than her.He bowed and introduced himself
"Hello my name is Sungjin,leader of Day6 nice to meet you" you stood and introduced yourself also
"Hello my name is Yoojin nice to meet you" Lex said,the nervous tone coming back to your voice. JYP stood and they both looked at him.
"I will be leaving you two together to talk about the future of Day6"He said and exited the room,closing the door behind them.
The room was filled with awkward silence after he left.Sungjin finally spoke up
"JYP hasn't told us all of the details yet but we will hopefully be debuting in about a month" he said.It was still a little awkward but Lex could tell they were going to get along.
"How many of us are there?Sorry I don't know many male trainees"She said curiously.
"There are 6 of us including you,we are moving into our new dorm together next week so you will probably meet them then." He said,a more comfortable tone in his voice now.The next question caught him off guard.
"Why me?"Lex said all of a sudden.He was silent for a moment then spoke
"Our other bassist Brian saw you playing bass and insisted you be in our group.We talked to JYP about it and he told up more about you and we decided it would be a good addition to our group"He said smiling at you.
"Welcome to Day6"
