A prison?
So many thoughts ran through my head, like, why are we at a prison? What did she do? Why is she so upset? And why is this place so emotional for her? She started to walk to the security gates. I Braced myself to be pulled up and searched by the security guards but to my surprise the only thing that they said was "good morning miss Lenox" or "Phoenix it's lovely to see you " and then they let us straight through we walked down the halls through a door that said medical ward and into doctor chances office, whoever the hell he is. We sat down across from a doctor that shore enough was dr chance .he seemed to recognise Phoenix as he walked straight up to her hugged her and said "Phoenix it's good to see you again has it been a month already ?wow time seems to go by so fast any way who's this and where's Jake ?" She seemed sad hearing Jake's name but she put on a fake smile and said "um we broke up and I needed someone else to be my supervisor ".”Oh I see so have you told him and explained everything?" She responded with "um no but I was hoping that you could " “oh of cores go and see nurse Stevens and she will run your examination while I talk toooooo “I cut him off by saying " Jacky. My name is Jacky Vincent" “well MR Vincent have a seat while I explain what's going on. I guess I should start from the beginning , Phoenix was the daughter of a criminal who was born with a chemical imbalance so that she has a very bad temper and extreme mood swings she fell pregnant with Phoenix while in prison and two days after her birth her mother died and the warden and his wife adopted Phoenix and raised her but when she hit puberty she started to act strangely so they brought her to see me and then I realised that she has the same chemical imbalance that her mother had except it had grown stronger so Phoenix was actually quite dangerous so that is why she needs to take one of these everyday "he said while pulling out a briefcase and opening it to reveal enough needles to last her month .he then shut the case and said "well this is where you come in , sometimes she might forget to take one every day but it has to be injected into the back of the base of her neck so you'll have to do it for her and please if she doesn't take one every day she will have a chemical shift that will send her into toxic shock and maybe a coma" my eyes widen at the fact that her life is in my hands. Just then Phoenix walked in and said "ok is everything sorted?" She asked and then looked over to me and I smiled and nodded .then the dr showed me how to inject the needle into her neck .after we went over all of that, and double checked that we had enough needles to last the month nix and I got in my car and drove home .awkward silence filled the car witch I broke by saying "so do you actually know what is in the needle? “And she said " we'll it's partially a tranquilliser and partially a chemical that brings my chemical balance back to normal " I didn't really know how to respond so I just said "oh ok" we sat in comfortable silence for the rest of the ride home
