◈Part 2-Escape

"Why on earth did you open the friggin door?!" Klaren shouted.

"Ayra is outside! She went to the cr!" LJ shouted as she barricaded the door.

"Then you should've just opened them quietly!" Xuzmitha shouted as she tried to cover the dividers on the left.

"Is it my fault that were in this position?! I think it's because Klaren is not a proper leader!" LJ screamed as she pointed her hand at Klaren who was busy trying to find weapons and things to cover or baricade the door.

For a moment, there was no sound except for the groans emitten from the zombies outside the room.

"I think I am better! If you just listen and believe in me I can---!" LJ was cut off by Xuzmitha slapping her by the cheek.

"I don't care about what you will think of me after this, but Klaren tries her best, and so are we while you just sit your tight btchy ass in your seat and complain all day! In short, can you kinda shut the fudge up?!" Xuzmitha ranted and ranted.

LJ just held her stinging cheek, kneeling on the floor, wide eyed and then she started crying and sobbing.

"Keep crying, ugly duck." Paulo cursed beneath his breath.

Xuzmitha turned her heels and jogged towards Klaren while the girls and boys surrounded LJ.

"You okay, Kla?" Xuzmitha asked as she patted Klaren's shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm fine. We need to hurry. Or else...."

"I know, I know. Keep calm now and we will get through this somehow."

Klaren smiled.

"Yeah, I hope."

Xuzmitha got back to her place and blocked the dividers.

"Kim! C'mere! Help me break this wood in two!" Klaren called to Kim who was helping block the door.

As quick as a cat, Kim instantly came and asked in a shaky voice what Klaren needed.

"I need you to break this wood. Can you?" Klaren asked.

"Of course. I can." Kim said.

'Whoa, can he break.' Thought Klaren.

He gave the broken pieces back to Klaren, but before he can go back to what he was doing, Klaren grabbed Kim's arm.

"You'll need this." Klaren said as she threw a broken piece of wood towards Kim.

Kim ironically catched it and nodded.

Klaren smiled.

'If only they understood."

A scream snapped Klaren out of her thoughts and she immediately looked over to where the scream came from and saw that the zombied were trying to get inside the girls cr but it seems like it was blocked by the plastic drum.

And Ayra was screaming inside.

But then, Klaren heard the wood breaking and realized that the zombies were too many to be handled and be blocked by the wood near the windows.

The girls started panicking and screaming while the boys were stuttering and panicking around the room, mostly because its dark and the girls started screaming.

"We need to go out, now! Grab anything that can defend you and is strong enough to kill break a bone!" Xuzmitha screamed.

Klaren gave Xuzmitha, Paulo, Ruzelle, Angeline and James a broken wood each.

And she gave one to LJ.

"Your gonna need that, and you better not lose it. Maybe that'll be your last." Klaren said as she turned heels and went up front.

'They dont understand.' LJ thought.

'Why does she have to be such a whiny girl?' Xuzmitha thought.

'Were in a middle of a crisis people! Be serious!' Paulo thought while Klaren shouted in the front with Paulo.

"Oy! Ruzelle and Kim! Guard the back! Xuzmitha and James, make sure that no one is hurt or will stray behind! LJ!"

LJ turned her head to Klarens direction.

"Keep your eyes open. You might not use them if you made a mistake." Xuzmitha cut off what Klaren was about to say.

Klaren just chuckled for a bit and smiled. "Yep! Thats ... pretty close to what I was about to--- WAH!!!" Klaren screamed when one of the zombies launched right at her, but Paulo blocked and smashed the piece of wood in the zombies face.

"Heads up! God!" Paulo said mockingly and Klaren just made a face. Don't get her wrong, Klaren is scared but is not showing it.

"Klar, you okay?" Kobe asked. Klaren turned and smiled weakly. "Yeah. I'm fine."

"Lets go, eesh!" Xuzmitha screamed as she ran.

Everyone ran for their lives. It was pretty easy since they have weapons to protect them. But until one ran off, screaming on top of his lungs.

Alvin.

"Alvin! Keep quiet!" Paulo whisper-shouted.

But Alvin just ran and ran until he was at the end of the corridor and he made an abrupt turn until he was nowhere in sight.

Paulo wanted to run after him, since he was basically a friend, but Klaren grabbed his hand and told him something that made his heart churn.

"Dont go."

"I need to frickin go! He is my friend! He might be annoying--- Yeah! He can be hell of an annoying brat! But I cant let him go!"

"PAULO!"

Paulo was startled.

"I know. He may be your friend, but we need to go and survive! We cant risk the chance of running after him and getting ourselves killed!"

Paulo thought about it for a second but Klaren already dragged him towards the escape route.

"Well?! Are you waiting for an invitation?!" Klaren shouted as she pointed towards the stairs that leads upstairs into the library then a dead end.

They didn't have any choice but to run upstairs and go to the library where we found our adviser, Sir Escalera, and one of our classmates, Fritz, in there, looking at us like qe were monsters, Fritz with a shard of glass and sir with an encyclopedia in his hand.

When they saw us, they breathed out.

Before they can even say something, we heard someone scream and we instantly turned around and saw....

Okay. I updated cuz one of my friends kept saying "Why wont you update already!" "You dont even update." "Where's part 2? Is it out yet?"

So yeah. Here it is. Here you go! Happy??? Anyway, I promise to make the next chapter longer,  and that this story will be slowly updating so... watch out for any update but dont expect me to update daily. Its kinda hard. Anyway,  thanks to those reading this story! Just tell me if I had mistakes or something, okay?
