Day 4: Getting Closer Than Before~

Hihi! This is Day 4 of <Diary of Corelle>! Hope you all enjoy the story!

Day 4. It is already day 4 of my diary and things turned out the opposite way I have expected. Of course, I meant meeting Adriel. I didn't know just by attending the homecoming night, I can actually met a new boy-friend and that boy-friend as in a male good friend. We are definitely not dating.

School is as per normal but this time, Adriel fetches me to school. Every morning, he will always be outside my house waiting for me as I prepare for school. We will then walk to school together and also discuss about some school work or the environment around us at the same time. Sometimes, Gerlynn do join us and other times, obviously is Darnell accompanying her. That afternoon, we decided to drop by the Cooper's house to revise homeworks together. I scared that Caroline will be alone at home so I dropped her at her friend's house to play during the morning because she's having her school holiday currently. The last lesson before school ends is Geography Lesson so Gerlynn is studying in the same class as me.

After school, Darnell and Adriel waited for us as we packed our books into the locker and take out the ones we are going to revise for later. We dropped by McDonald's to get some sundaes, drinks and fries and proceed to the boy's house. We stopped at the condominium and Gerlynn and I are totally speechless. Their house look so nicely decorated and not messy at all!

Gods, I will surely go home to pack my whole study room later. Their house is like a kingdom! It is as big as a mansion and not a single dust will be found. Just as we enter the room, there is a little white puppy in the cage.

"Oh gods! I have always longed for a pet but Daddy wouldn't let me buy!" I squarted down and reaches my hand inside the cage and the little puppy went to lick my fingers.

"What about your mummy then?" Adriel asked and I glared at him.

"I-I .." I started whipering. This is currently the first time someone ask me about my mom after so long.

"H-Her mom passed away already..." Gerlynn said and turned to me.

"A-Are you okay, Corelle? Don't cry, stay strong okay? I'm here with you." She comforted me and I bit back a small smile mouthing a "thank-you".

"Oh I see. I'm sorry, Corelle. I didn't know." Adriel apologised immediately.

"I-It's ok, I'm fine. Let's carry on." I said and give out a big breath to calm myself down.

"How about let's start with a small game first?" Darnell asked.

"Truth or Dare! Truth or Dare!" Gerlynn shouted, she's excited.

"Okay." Adriel and I agreed in union.

Gerlynn rolled a bottle and it turned towards me.

"Truth or Dare?" Gerlynn asked, smirking.

"Why are you alway smirking? Erm, truth?" I said hesitantly.

"Okay," she clapped her hands together, "Do you like Adriel?"

"I-I don't know."

"There's only yes or no, my dear." Gerlynn smirked. Not again.

"Erm, yes?" I said and Adriel grinned. Why is he grinning?

Gerlynn spinned the bottle as she insisted and it turned towards Adriel this time.

"Okay, Truth or Dare?" Gerlynn asked again.

"Erm, dare?" He said, raising one eyebrow.

"Hmm.. Then I dare you to.. date Corelle for a month." She concluded and I glared at her.
