Things were soon back to normal. Every now and then I got a little shock in my arm but it was healing. I sometimes make jokes about it like 'oh my powers are kicking in.' I haven't really been up under Jahseh because 'we technically never got back together' so I've been letting him do him
I was currently on my way to Walmart. As I was driving in I saw a homeless woman. I decided I would bring her a blanket and some money once I came out the store. After I grabbed everything I need I got everything I wanted. Then I grabbed the blanket, and a pillow. As I was driving by her I got out the car to hand her the things.
"Here you go ma'am" I Say sweetly kneeling down to her. She looked up at me causing me to nearly snatch my shit back. "Michelle" she cried weakly "auntie Catherine?" I asked. "Yes baby it's me! You gotten so big, your so beautiful" she smiled showing her messed up teeth. I looked away before I gagged.
"How'd you get like this?" I asked. "I started falling short on rent. I was too embarrassed to ask family for help, and now I don't even have a cellphone to contact them" she begin crying. I wanted to help her, but I knew if Christian or Samuel found out, they would be fucking pissed.
I shouldn't hold hate towards her right? I'm learning to heal, and build a relationship with my parent, shouldn't they do the same? The least I could do was just give her a place to stay and help her get back on her feet. "I can get you a room but you have to be looking for a job and if your not, Yo ass coming back out here" I say. "Okay! Okay! Thank you so much" we walked back over to my car. I got her a hotel room
Once she was situated I got her outfits for the week to go job searching in. Once she washed her hair I begin helping her comb through the thick mess. "You have to cut it!" I say angrily from breaking the third comb. "I don't wanna cut it" she whined rolling her eyes. I was fucking fed up and so she needed to stop being a damn baby. "Well you go out there with this fucking mop on yo damn head"
I stood up to leave out the room. "Wait Michelle! I'm sorry please! I'll cut it" I huffed walking back over to her. I grabbed the scissors and begin getting to cutting. I got it perfectly even. I stopped it at her shoulder. I was then able to comb it and straighten it.
I then braided her hair down to the scalp and tied a scarf around it. "Keep this on all night. Take it the braids on the morning" she nod. I left out the room. I was so damn annoyed. As. I was walking out the room I ran into someone. "Damn my bad" I hissed. "Oh what's up Michelle" I looked up seeing pooter
"I always some how run into you. What are you doing here?" I asked "preparing the end of The year hotel party" I nod once I remembered he did plan the end of the year party. "What chu about to do?" He asked
"Ion know. Go home probably" he nodded "come grab something to eat with me" he suggested. I frowned "I'm cool, I don't need Mariah trying to fight me" I say. He rolled his eyes "she not even my girl, I'm just fucking around with her. She ain't gone do shit though, she only act tuff when people around" I still didn't wanna go with him though
"Please" he begged grabbing my hand. He begin rubbing my hand before he started smiling. I huffed "Alright nigga damn" he begin doing some stupid ass dance. I laughed as he led me down to the garage. "I'll follow you in my car" he nod
We soon pulled up at some new breakfast spot. We got seated at a booth. I got waffles and chicken while pooter damn near ordered the whole damn menu. "Yo fat ass!" I yelled causing him to laugh. "Fuck you!" I begin laughing. "So what's up with you and Jahseh?" He asked sipping his soda.
I begin playing around with the straw in my cup. "Why?" I asked "I can't ask?" I rolled my eyes "We not together" I mumbled. He nodded. "Why were you at the hotel?" He asked "helping a friend" I say. He nodded as our food came. "Yo I'm deadass hyped for the end of the year party. It seem like that shit get crazier every year" he say excitedly
I chuckled "I only went one year and I only stayed a hour" he nod "yeah that's not gone happened this year" he mumbled "we'll see" I say smirking. After we finished eating I went home.
I took a shower and laid down. I then got a FaceTime call from Jahseh. I answered "what?" I asked "the fuck you doing hanging out with pooter" he immediately asked. "We not together Jahseh" I said causing him to frown. "Says who?"
"Me nigga, and you! Go fuck your hoes, I'm done with yo ass" I say rolling my eyes. "You for real right now?"He asked. "Deadass" I confirmed causing him to smack his teeth.
I hung up in his face cause he was starting to get on my nerves. I quickly blocked him before he could call back. Once I told Jahseh we were over I immediately felt the loneliness. I would have to learn to get used to not being around him. I flipped over and begin to watch whatever was on the Tv.
I begin to feel my emotions get the best of me. Trying my best to ignore them I turned on empire and begin watching that. But I failed miserably. I begin to feel tears slowly fall down my nose. I gave up and finally broke down, curling my body up and crying harder.
