Chapter 21 - Sorry

Tzuyu's POV

Seconds,Minutes,Hours,Days....and a week passed by..but Mingyu is still acting cold..not cold..he greets me but he doesn't talk to me anymore..he also smile at me but he calls me Dr. Chou.

He was acting like were just colleagues..
Not friends.

I sighed and stood up..

This day was really busy..Lots of patients came for their check up.. and I also did my rounds.. Luckily, Mingyu and I didn't work together in the emergency room earlier because he was doing his rounds.

I grabbed my coat and my bag..

It's already 10pm..I decided to stay here...since I have nothing to do at home...and I couldn't think properly at home..I always remember Lisa eonnie..

Our house reminds me of her..and our whole circle of friends..

Sana eonnie who is also busy.
Taehyung oppa who is also busy.
Nayeon and Chae eonnie went to Canada.
Mina eonnie went to Japan with Jimin Oppa.
Hoseok oppa and Yoongi oppa are always busy.
Lisa eonnie....who already left.
Jungkook oppa...I don't know..

And Mingyu oppa, who we once treated also as our friend...

What happened to our circle of friends that were happy before..

I sighed and went to the parking lot

I locked the door of my clinic before turning around and walk towards the elevator..

I was alone..and it was quiet.

The door of the elevator closed and I felt disappointed...

I hoped for Mingyu to ride the elevator with me..

I just sighed and when the elevator stopped at the parking lot I directly went to the space where I parked my car..

And to my surprise.. Mingyu was standing there..

The loud sound echoing inside the parking lot made by my heels stopped as I stood there..behind him..

"Mingyu."I said..almost like a whisper..

He turned around and looked at me..

"Oh,hi."He said..

I was about to ask him why is he there but I noticed that his car was parked beside mine..

I looked away feeling disappointed for the nth time..

I just smiled at him and got inside my car..but before I could even close the door I heard his voice.

"Can we talk?"

I slowly looked at him and pushed my door open..

"About what?"I asked.

He was standing in front of me while I was sitting inside my car.

"Us."he forced a smile.

"What about us?"I asked..

"Tzuyu,I don't want us to be like this."He sighed..

"Like what?"I acted innocent even though I know...I know what ge means.

"It's been a week..I can't handle it anymore.."his eyes became wate

I looked away.

"Tzuyu, you know that I love you...I always do, but I don't want my love for you to be the reason why we're having a hard time...I don't want our friendship to end."a tear rolled down on his cheeks.

I just kept quiet, and he countinued talking.

"If you wouldn't accept my love for you, just please accept me as your friend  Tzuyu."Ge held my hands..

"Mingyu, I never said that I wouldn't accept your love. I accept your love, but I just can't give you back the love that you want and need."as I said those words.. i can't stop my emotions anymore..I started crying.

"Tzuyu, I don't want anything in return.. I would love you unconditionally and endlessly even though you couldn't love me back, Tzuyu, I'm your friend...I would give you love even though I won't receive anything in return."He smiled..

And with what he said..I wrapped my arms around him..

"I care for you Mingyu, Sorry for being childish..I promise, I wouldn't act like that again."I said..

"Even though our relationship as lovers already ended...I don't want our friendship to end Tzuyu."He said and hugged me tightly..

Just give anything you can give even though you won't receive anything in return...what's important is that you would make someone happy.

It's better to give than to receive..

As long as you can give it to someone...then give it.

There are lots of things that are unconditional...Like love.. you can love someone...endlessly.

Because Love has no limit.
