Carla shouted, "No! don't even think about it!" A talking cat?!?! "Well look what you've done, Carla! Now she knows!" Happy shouts. "Talking cats?!" I scream. "This always happens. No child we are not cats, we are exceeds." Carla explains.
"You exceed what?" I ask. "No, child. An exceed is a species. We originate from a place called Edolas. We talk because we are not cats. We can also transform into human form." Wendy picks her up and she starts shouting at her. "Child, you know I can transform even when I'm being carried!" She says squirming in her arms. "No, Carla! She can't know yet! Everything is hitting her at one point! We can show some other time but, not now!" Wendy shouts. Carla nods and stops squirming.
"Fine, but where is that Tom cat and Natsu off to!?" Carla shouts. "It look like they're heading for Fish and Fire." I tell them. They all start freaking out and heading that way but, mom stays here with me. She's smiling. "It's just like the old days. Those guys never know when to stop eating and I can never stop cooking. Let's go check out if they're still like they were 20 years ago."
I follow mom to the restaurant and the cook there doesn't even seem terrified. "Natsu! Order up!" The cook shouts and he throws balls of fire towards uncle Natsu! "Uncle Natsu watch-" I start to scream but then Aunt Lucy pats my shoulder. "I'm sorry you had to learn this way. It has been 20 years since he's eaten like this and we still look like how we were." Aunt Lucy explains.
I look back to see Uncle Nastu eating fire like finger food! The cook comes out and almost all of my family is stunned. His green hair is almost familiar. He gives 13 fish to Happy then, looks at us. "Hey guys (Gulp), guess who I found!" Uncle Natsu says in between bites. The cook says "Hey! Long time, no see!"
Everyone goes for a group hug. He sees me just standing there looking at them. "Who's kid is that? Let me guess... Lucy and Natsu?" He says. Aunt Lucy and Uncle Natsu stare at each other and start saying "No" a bunch of times. "Actually, Freed, this little angel is mine." Mom says hugging me.
"Oh my. This is your's and Laxus's product!? It's magnificent!" He squeezed my cheeks and hugged me tightly. "Mom! Who is this?" I say wheezily. He finally let go and mom explains "This is one of your dad's followers.". "Like on Facegram and Instabook?" I ask. They both laugh.
"No, honey they're admirers of your dad." Mom says. "There are others like Evergreen and Bickslow. Speaking of which, where are they, Freed? "Mom says as I'm hugging Happy tightly. "Not... TOO.. TIGHT!" He exclaims. "Oh, sorry about that, Happy!" I apologize as I put him down. He grabs my hand and starts pulling me to Aunt Erza and Uncle Jellal who look worried.
"ERZA! She was squeezing my fishies out! Make her pay!" Happy pleaded. "Okay but, it'll be harsh." Aunt Erza and Uncle Jellal say together. What are they gonna do to me?! Aunt Erza is consumed by a beam of light and Uncle Jellal is taking off his coat. AUNT ERZA HAS KIMONO ARMOR WITH A SPEAR AND UNCLE JELLAL HAS RED MARKS ON HIS FACE?!
"Uh-oh..." Happy says running of to Uncle Natsu, tugging at his coat and pointing at me. "Help..." I say. Uncle Natsu starts charging at me saying, "AMY!". But then, there's an inscription in front of him that only he could read the words above. "Requip!" Aunt Erza shouts.
The sharp end of her spear turns to... a feather? Uncle Jellal shouts, " Humor!" and then, they both start tickling me. It was pure torture. I loved that they didn't kill me but, I will still die of laughter. "Erza Scarlet," says a deep voice behind me. Who is that?
