Emilie was excited as she packed down her things. After 4 and a half long years, she was finally done with her pastry chef education. Emma had finished hers last year and had worked as much as she could at a popular pastry shop after she recovered from her accident.

They had been living in this small apartment for almost a year and now they could finally move to Korea. They would have to work at some confectionaries when they moved there in order to afford opening their own. They had already gone to Korea a little while ago to scout for an apartment and had found an affordable 3 room apartment in the Singye-Dong area. Underneath it was what used to be a cafe, but was for sale for now.

They finished packing up their things and sat on the puffs in their living room. "I just got a text from the moving company that they'll be here for our boxes and furniture in about 10 minutes", Emma said and looked up from her phone. Emilie nodded and looked around the apartment to see if they had missed something. Emma had been packing for longer than Emilie, mostly because she never fully unpacked when she moved in, but also because she didn't have the energy to pack everything down in one day.

When the moving truck came the two girls helped them move boxes and clear out the apartment. "I'm very sorry girls, but because of how far you're moving your things, it'll take a while for it to arrive at your new place," the driver told them. Emilie nodded and smiled at him "Don't worry. We made sure to pack some essentials into our suitcases so we can make it until the things arrive." The driver nodded and left to check if everything was ready. When he was ready to go he said goodbye and drove off, leaving the two girls in their empty apartment.

When it was finally time for the two girls to leave, their friends and family were gathered at the airport to say goodbye. They hugged them all and promised to come back once in a while, also telling them they can always drop by their new apartment, then they boarded the plane and prepared for a long trip to their new home.
