Backing up I see Angry Man approaching me. I scan his body, trying to find some clue as to how he's controlling so many people. Harry had something on his neck, some sort of device. It follows that there's some way of this man communicating with them then. Maybe sending signals? I noticed a few of the guards had similar neck pieces to Harry. If I could just work it out then I could even it out. But how? I think desperately. It's highly unlikely that he'll be carrying something like that on his person, but if he isn't then how would he be able to tell them what to do? He lets out a laugh as he nears me, looking as if he's won the lottery. I back up trying my best to remain calm. "You really know nothing don't you?" he asks as he saunters up to me, swivelling something in his hand.

"I know plenty, although I have no idea what morons think like, care to explain?" I taunt, getting a sarcastic laugh in return.

"You have the same tongue as your mother, don't you Sandra?"

"I'm not sure you have a firm grasp on biology." I mutter to him, my mind whirring as I think of my options. I can either attack him and risk having a chip on my neck or try and taunt him for more information. I don't fancy being controlled by some raving lunatic, the latter option seems far more viable. "It's not biology I'm interested in, more like history."

"Oh yeah? I've never been an avid history student."

"How ironic. Maybe it's time I taught you a lesson." he hisses at me, preparing to lunge.

"If it's a lesson in history, sure." I reply, dodging out of his way.

"Quick on your feet. Alright Sandra, I don't see what harm a little detour can do now."

"Sure thing, so what about the system irks you most? The fact you were a failure?" I jibe, watching his face flush red. His free hand clenches in a fist.

"I was not a failure, your mother messed up my case, your father was just collateral damage." he replies, causing my breath to hitch. He knows he's hit a soft spot as he lands a punch in my stomach. Stumbling back I do my best to remain standing. Glaring up at his satisfied grin I straighten up, my stomach cramping up a little.

Just as I'm about to retaliate I hear a loud bang, attracting both Crazy Guy and my attention. "Where are we?" one of the guards mumbles, rubbing his neck as if it's sore. I look around and see others looking confused as well. Whatever that crash was has stopped Angry Man's control on everyone. His face pales and he snarls as he glares at me. "You're both the same." he hisses before lunging at me again. I dodge and head towards the crowd, hoping to lose him. He doesn't like that, grabbing me before I can make an escape and holding my in a head lock. "Everyone put your weapons down or she dies." he shouts, causing everyone to freeze. I gasp, trying to squirm free but failing.

"Put them down." I hear Harry ordering. Frustrated, I bite the guy holding me in the headlock, to no avail. If anything his grip seems to tighten.

"You're into some kinky shit." I mutter sarcastically, to which he cackles.

"You don't know the half of it love." he replies.

"Let her go!" I hear someone shout, "we've put our weapons down."

"That's great, now leave."

"So desperate for some alone time, you should have just asked." I drawl, hoping he'll let up a little.

"OUT!" he thunders, causing everyone to move.

As the last few people leave, Crazy Man starts to drag me somewhere. Grinning at the opportunity I start to run, throwing off his balance and slip out of the headlock. I sprint towards the doors, unsure of what he's planning but not wanting to stick around to find out. Bursting through the doors I turn a corner to find Harry with a bunch of initiates. "Sandra! We were just coming back for you." he says, looking pleasantly surprised.

"Well that's good to hear, to save me and not capture me right?" I ask jokingly, inspecting his neck as I approach him seeing that there's an ugly looking red patch where the device was previously. He notices where my eyes are and rubs his neck with a shake of his head. "I was careless to let them pin me down the way they did." he mutters, looking sheepish.

"Don't worry about that, you can explain it all later. For now we need to work out what's going on."

"You don't know?"

"Nope. Although I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one who doesn't." I reply, feeling out of the loop. Clap clap clap.

"How touching." I hear Crazy Guy saying from behind, ceasing his sarcastic clapping.

"Ugh why don't you just stop?" I moan.

"I won't stop until your organisation has been demolished."

"That's not going to happen." one of the other initiates says, glaring at him.

"Let me explain to you how it's going to-" he starts, but Harry shoots something at him, causing him to freeze and collapse. I frown.

"I thought you got rid of all of your weapons?" I ask, confused where he got the taser from. Harry chuckles and touches his nose.

"His lackeys are coming." Stan says, pointing at the door.

"Right, now would be a good time to leave."

"We need to turn off the machine. Jeff, lead the initiates out, everyone else follow me." Harry says to the man that was with him when Stan and I were kidnapped, running back into the hub.

"Follow me kids." Jeff mutters, running the other way.
