Reagan was enjoying dinner with the Dennets. It was full of laughter, good food, and friendly conversation. Seanna told everyone about their race, and by the end of the story, Master Dennet had given her the horse she'd rode and everyone else a replacement mount.

"That is very generous of you," Reagan said gratefully.

"Nonsense, you need something better than the plow nag I'm sure you were riding," he replied, waving her thanks away.

"We will be heading out at first light to look for the wolf's den tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be able to track them and they will be where Miss Elaina thinks they are. If they are nearby, there should be signs all around the area leading us to them."

Master Dennet nodded his head as he tented his fingers on the table.

"Good, it will be nice to walk my fields again without worrying about those damned wolves," he replied.

Reagan made a small noise of agreement and slightly gestured towards Solas.

"Solas believes that the pack might have been taken over by a demon, and that is why they are acting the way they are. When we first arrived, we were attacked by a small pack. I myself thought them rabid because they had attacked during the day, which is highly uncommon for the species, but once they were dead and I was able to examine the animals, they didn't have any of the actual signs of disease."

Dennett looked at her curiously with his arms lying on the table, his hands folded together.

"You know about such things?"

Reagan smiled at him and nodded her head.

"Yes, sir, where I come from I was an animal healer. I know a lot about animal illnesses."

Dennett smiled at her pleased.

"I knew I was going to like you, Inquisition. You got a good head on your shoulders, and not just anyone can ride that high-spirited roan like you did today," he commented with a small laugh.

The rest of the dinner conversation was about animals, farming, the ups, and downs of such a life and Reagan felt like she was back home again at one of the backyard barbecue's that one neighboring farmer or another would have. Solas noticed how relaxed she looked when she talked with the Dennets. When dinner came to an end, Solas stood, looking at Reagan, trying to hide his eagerness to be alone with her and she smiled at him.

As everyone moved towards the door, following after Cassandra and Varric, Bron stood and spoke up quickly.

"Would you like to take a walk with me, Reagan?"

Solas stiffened with the human's request and watched her turn around to look at him, linking her arm with his, completely surprising him and their companions.

"No thanks, Bron, I got a date already with this guy. Thanks for asking though," she replied before smiling at Solas. "Shall we?" she asked him.

Solas smiled and inclined his head towards her just slightly before escorting her out of the Dennet's home.

"Seeker, we will be sitting down by the creek if you have need of us," he informed her and Cassandra nodded her head at him.

"Play a game of cards with me, Seeker?" Varric asked her.

Cassandra smirked at him and nodded her head, following after him.

"You better not cheat this time, dwarf," she said walking with him.

"Who, me?" Varric replied with false innocence making Cassandra laugh.

Solas was pleased that Reagan had not relinquished his arm as they'd left the house and took the path towards the creek.
