Phil is thinking about something. Hint: It's about Elsje and the world he lives in.

Smiley: What's on you mind, Phil?

Phil: ...don't you think that everything we do is just pretentious bullsh*t?

Smiley: kinda..? I mean, we are self-aware because the author made us this way.

Phil: Yeah.. I'm also thinking about the choices she made for us and this world.

For other AUs' characters, this would seem weird to look at. But, lo and behold, these two are talking bout this like it's nothing to worry about.

Uh, anyway: back to their conversation--

Smiley: Choices like...?

Phil: One thing to bring out first is that this world is supposed to be a Riddle School Aftermath. You know that, right?

Smiley doesn't take the hint yet, but lets Phil explain further. She nods.

Phil: It's just weird that Elsje just decided to... bring dead members of Vizion back and change their personalities as well as bringing herself into this world.

Smiley processes this for a bit before understanding.

Smiley: ..oh. It is kinda weird.. especially considering that they aren't even mad at each other for anything. Like: Viz and Quiz aren't mad at Diz for being a traitor.

Phil: Do you think this is the result of Elsje's obsession with Quiz?

Smiley: Without a doubt. I mean, she hasn't been doing all that much before Riddle Transfer 2, anyway, let alone bringing back Viz.

For a short moment, Phil also thinks about an AU I made.

Phil: Why did she make that Christmas AU?

Smiley lets this sink in for a bit.

Smiley: She was really young and dumb when she made that, since that AU basically started with all of us having a snowball fight and we were all happy with each other.

Phil: Oh.

They go silent.

Smiley: Do you think she needs help?

Phil: I think so, but she won't give up with anyone's help. Though, I don't think this phase is gonna last forever. She pretty much gave up on us once the Hamilton Musical strolled into town.

Smiley: Yeah, maybe we'll have to wait a bit.

Phil: The only thing upsetting about that is that she might spoil her books with God-awful references to that new fandom.

Smiley: Oh, right. That happened. It's also the reason why she won't write books anymore...

Phil is slightly getting tired of this.

Phil: Smiles, can we stop talking about this?

Smiley: Ahh.. alright... sorry.

Phil: No, that was my fault for bringing it up. Sorry for mentioning that.

Smiley decided to shut up before this conversation escalated even further.
