Renjun fell asleep some time ago, but Jeno still hasn't joined us. He's been outside for nearly twenty minutes now.

I went out of the tent, but he wasn't where we last saw him. I looked deep into the woods, and I found him far away, standing in a lake.

I made sure that the tent was closed, and left Renjun to sleep while I went to get Jeno.

"Jeno-hyung"

I called out, standing behind him.

He looked back at me, but didn't say anything. He just gave me that mean look he usually gives me.

"Y-You never came to bed. I got worried"

"You? A vampire, worried about me? A werewolf? Don't patronize me Jaemin"

"I'll admit that it is unprecedented for our kind. But we're different hyung, at least we can be"

He just stayed silent, looking away into the distance again.

"We're not like other werewolves and vampires hyung. We knew what it was like to be human once"
