"That's amazing Brooklyn" I exclaimed " You need to do it"
" But what about you and the boys?" She asked.
" I can take care of them.I'm not helpless." I replied.
She sat down next to me on the couch. She laid her head on my shoulder. "So you want me to take it?"
"Yes it's a once in a lifetime deal." I said. She lifted her head up.
I turned to her and gave her a kiss. " You want to make dinner while I do my homework?" She asked. She gave me another kiss. Man I love this woman.
" Yeah", I said when we broke apart, " what do you wanna have?"
"Surprise me" She said.

I guess I'm going to Africa this summer. Other than that I needed to plan my summer. I quickly did my homework while Amber was making dinner. After dinner we sat down and planned our summer.

" Thanks for helping me plan our summer out." I said.
" Your welcome. Anything for my love." She replied.
" Let's hurry and get to bed. We have get up early so we can catch our flight." We had a flight at 5:30 am. We packed before dinner so we could eat and shower then go to bed. It's 8:45 right now. We planned on going to bed at 9.
We got in the shower and went to bed.
Amber
It's 2:30 in the morning. We have to leave by 3. Not pumped for this. I am gonna wear a black dress so I am getting ready at the hotel room. Brooklyn was wearing a slacks and a nice shirt. She said she was just gonna get dressed at the hotel, but she put her makeup on and did her hair in Dutch braids. I told her she didn't have to come, but she knew my family wasn't that accepting so she came to keep me protected.
" Babe it's 2:45" I yelled.
" Ok I'm almost done." She yelled from the bathroom.
She came down a few seconds later.
" Drop dead gorgeous" I said.
" I'm still in my pjs" she replied laughing.
" I don't care." I said, " I mean I can fix that"
" Tonight" She replied.
" Ok let's go." I said.
We made it to the airport. 3:15 am. Since we only were staying there 1 night we just had a carry-on each. Just our travel backpacks. We got through security really fast. Then we went and ate breakfast and got coffee. Well I got coffee. Brooklyn got her smoothie.
We took our time eating. By the time we were done it was 4:35 about. They called for boarding 5 minutes later. We got on the plane. I put my headphones on and started working on my summer collection of makeup and hair accessories. Brooklyn put her headphones on and started working on her essays. She had 4 end of the year essays.
