Engaged

Sub's POV

So Denis and Alex went on a walk to the park, Ethan and Sketch are sleeping, and Gabbi is shopping. That means that I am left all alone on the couch, just sitting here. I walk to the park to go climb some trees, but when I get there, I see Alex and Denis sitting under an apple tree, looking at the sunset.

I smiled and walked into the path and looked at the trees and wildlife. I made it through the woods and found myself back at the park, all alone again. Nobody was at the park and Denis and Alex had left. Night had fallen and I walked around the park to the swings.

I sat on the swings and thought back to the time when I had lost my voice. My father had just watched at that man shot me. He was even smirking. My mother stood next to him, grinning from ear to ear. They watched as the bullet went through my neck, and then frowned.

"You were supposed to shoot it through his head," my mother growled, shooting bullet through the guy's head. I ran away to the hospital before she could shoot me again. I blacked out right as I reached the hospital entrance. I woke up in a white bed in a blindingly white room. The doctors were also wearing white, so I closed my eyes and fell asleep. It kept going like that for about 3 months before I had my neck healed to the best of their ability and they sent me off to the orphanage until I was 18 and I moved on.

I came out of those memories with a jolt and then got up and walked home, thinking about how there might be a way to fix me.

Gabbi's POV

I told Denis, Alex, and Sub that I was going shopping, like they think I usually do, but really I went to the gym to train. I went over to the punching bags and worked on that for an hour. I then ran 10 miles in 2 hours and then took a shower. I went to the mall and bought a few things and went home.

Alex's POV

"Will you marry me?"

Those are the four words that I thought I'd never hear, especially from him, and this early in our relationship. I looked at his face and he looked up at me hopefully. Without saying anything, I held out my left hand and he gently put the ring on it. He then stood up and went to hug me.

But before he could, I grabbed him and kissed him passionately. When he finally pulled away, we walked back home merrily talking the whole way.

Ethan's POV

It was evening when I woke up and I went to go check on Sketch. I quietly opened his door to find him sleeping peacefully. He looked so pretty when he was sleeping. I went over and sat next to him and softly stroked his hair. A few minutes later, he woke up and looked at me, smiling.

"Hi Ethan, what time is it?"

"It's 6:30, and it's already dark outside," I respond, still stroking his hair.

"What are you doing?" Sketch asked curiously.

"Oh, sorry," I said, quickly taking my hand out of his hair.

"No, no, I like it, a lot," He smiled.

I went back to stroking his hair, making him slowly close his eyes and fall back asleep. But before he was fully asleep, he pulled me into his bed, and cuddled me as we both fell asleep, huddled together like a couple.

Denis' POV

We got home and saw that Sub and Gabbi were cuddling. We walked up to them and Alex asked,

"Where are the twins?"

"Let me show you," Gabbi said, smirking.

Sub and Gabbi got up and led us to Sketch's room, where Ethan and Sketch were sleeping. They looked like a couple, like they were made for each other.

"I call that their going to get together!" I exclaim as we went to the kitchen.

Sub nodded and so did Alex.

"I do too!" Gabbi said excitedly.

We got some food and silently ate it. When we finished, we watched the first fantastic beasts movie.

"For the 10th time, It's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! Not Grindelwald and How Stupid He Is!" Alex exclaimed, sounding like a know-it-all.

"Sorry Alex, It's just, he's stupid," Gabbi said, shaking her head.

Sub nodded and we all laughed. We then went to bed and I woke up the next morning, feeling like something good was gonna happen. Little did I know what actually was going to happen.
