WARNING: ENDGAME SPOILERS
I am still sobbing even though it's been almost one month.
This will probably be a short fanfic but it's better than nothing.  This scenario is always stuck in my mind and I need to write it down.  Or type it.  Enjoy.  If the dialogue is not accurate please don't attack me.

"Are we really going to meet Stark?"  You asked Steve.

"Yes, we need his help, he's the only person I know that could help us."  Steve replied.

"...I can help too you know..."  You mumbled below your breath making it go unnoticed.  "Can I pass?  You know, my relationship with him is not that great."

"It's time for you to improve your relationship with him y/n, I know it's hard but believe me, you can do it."

"Fine," you sighed, "I have no choice anyway."

Steve patted your head before starting the car engine.  "Great, let's go."

*time skip*

You feel your anxiousness eating you up, the last time you saw him was 5 years ago, when he came back from space.  Of course you felt happy when he came back alive, but you can't bring yourself to look at him and greet him, not after what happened in the past.

Tony too, was hoping you would greet him like the good old days, but he knows that that only happens in his wildest dreans.  Everytime his eyes connected with yours, his whole being is flooded with guilt, and so, he opted to stay away from you.  And so do you.

"We're here."  Steve announced.

"Damn, too quick."  You breathed out.

"Language."

"Shut up, Steve.  You used profanities too."

You got out of the car and see Tony holding a little girl, all of you did.  Tony, who was about to go inside his home, turned around when he heard the sound of the closed car doors.

Natasha nod at him and Tony gave a knowing look.  He looks around and his eyes landed on you, he immediately turned his back and bring the little girl inside.

"Now, trust me, we know how it sounds like..."  Scott started.

"Tony, after everything you've seen, is anything really impossible-"  Steve continued before Tony cut him off.

"Quantum fluctuation, messes with the Planck scale, which then triggers the Deutsch proposition.  Can we agree on that?"  Tony retaliated, glancing at you once in a while.  He handed a glass of drinks to Steve.

"Thank you."  Said Steve.

"In Layman's term, that means you're not coming home."  Tony continued his previous statement.

"I did."  Scott said.

"No.  You accidentally survived.  It's- it's a billion to one cosmic fluke.  And now you want to pull a... what do you call 'em?"

"A time... heist?"  Scott answered.

"Yeah.  Time heist."  Tony scoffed.  "Of course, why didn't we think of this before?  Oh, because it's laughable?  Because it's a pipedream?"
