4. Do not comment anything mean, bad, or any negativity!
5. Be patient with the judging process!
6. Do not get angry if you don't make the long-list, or short-list!
7. Be respectful of others works, and everyone!
8. No Spamming!
9. Only nominate 4 books per category per person!
10. Nominate any books under the correct category!
