Chapter 2

Cherry's POV

So after beating each other up, i gave up. Napakalakas naman nitong bruha toh oh.

We laughed and decided to go walk for a while dahil ilang minuto nalang magstart na ang klase.

"Gurl I'm hungry, canteen muna tayo oh."
Sabi ko while caressing my poor tummy.

"Ako din nagugutom ako kang Tiyan, Tiyang— ay anubah Tian pala. Shet gurl ang hottie nun."
May pala-daydream gesture pa sha oh.

I slapped his back.
"Akala ko ba tutulongan mo ako, ha?"

"Joke lang naman eto talaga siya oh, mala possessive yiee me likey."

Umupo kami sa corner kung saan medyo malayo ang mga tao. Crowded narin kase ang canteen, sapagkat marami ring tao na pumupunta for breakfast.

"Bili muna ako ng burger and sprite, Ikaw tine ano gusto mo?"
I said while standing up, tidying my clothes.

"Isang hunk na marunong magbasketball, maputi tsaka mataas oh gurl gusto ko talaga yung mataas na mataas—"

"Ano ba umayos ka nga! Sige ako nalang mamili."
Umagang-umaga Tine is really damn thirsty alright.

Pumila muna ako sa may hamburger stand, medyo mataas din ang linya.

I unconsciously tapped my foot repeatedly, putting my hands in my pocket.

Unti-unti, nagkalapit ako and the smell slapped me hard on my face.

Ahh the smell of heaven~

Nagugutom na talaga ako. Di ko namalayan na ako na pala!

"Two cheeseburger please, the other one with lettuce, the other with hot sauce."
Inabot ko sa kanya ang pera.

After that, finally nandito na burger ko!

Pumila na naman ako sa softdrinks area.

At nang malapit na ang aking turno, biglang nadivert ang attensyon ko sa conversation sa harap ko.

"Oh really? Forgive me for I only brought 100 pesos with me, I don't have any change."
He said while biting his lower lip.

Oh dayum gwapo ang boses niya. Ang mukha kaya.

I sneakily glance at his face and ooh lala gwapo nga!

He rubs his forehead, showing a problematic face.

"Eto oh, kasya na toh sa aming dalawa. Isang sprite din please."
Inabot ko kay manong ang pera.

The guy infront of me gleams.

"Thank you, oh kind lady!"
He exclaims as he clasp my hands. My burgers fell down at the counter.

Wait lang bakit english siya ng english. Kanina pa ito ha.

"Uhh.. just.. yeah no probs."
I awkwardly stated. I glance at our hands, giving him signal to let go so I can grab my drink and burgers. Since marami pang tao nakalinya at nakatinginan na sa amin.

"Silly me! I beg your forgiveness kind lady. Say, can we talk over this so I can repay you?"
Sabi niya tas ginuide nya ako palabas sa linya.
